Chapter 10

~Iris's POV~

When Adrien leaves to fight the Akuma, I go to my room and lay on my bed; I spot something on my desk. A little red and black box sits on my desk, I open it and a necklace lies in it; I put it on, and a bright light blinds my eyes. I hear a yawn, I opened my eyes and a little silver wolf is floating around in front of me.

"Hi, I'm Silver Fang. I'm your kwami." He smiled at me.

He starts explaining to me the whole superhero thing. I sort of pay attention. I did not intend for me to be a superhero AND a princess.

"And when you want to transform, just say 'Fang tail out!' Okay?"

I nod. I stand up and look out of the window. The fight is still going on.

"Fang, tail out!"

My clothes change into a silver sleeveless vest, tight sliver pants with a black belt and a sword hanging from it, and a pair of black knee-high boots; on my arms, there are long black fingerless gloves. I look in the mirror, a few black stripes are on my shoulders, and a grey mask covers my now harvest gold eyes. Silver wolf ears rest on my now white hair. I turn slightly and a fluffy grey and black-tipped tail is attached to my belt.

"Let's go!" I jump out of my window and run toward the fight.

Adrien, please be okay. I'll be there soon.

~Adrien's POV~

I get thrown into the side of a building, Ladybug is preoccupied with the first akumatized victim. The big bird in front of me flaps its wings.

"Achoo!" I sneeze, I hate feathers.

Suddenly a girl with long white hair and dog ears jumps in front of me, her weapon ready.

"How about you pick someone your own size, birdie." That voice. I know that voice.

But it can't be, she's safe back at the house. The girl swings her sword and the bird is thrown to the ground. Its talons snap at her, but she manages to dodge its attacks. I stand up and run to help Ladybug as the girl continues to fight the birds; by the time, the birds are finished by the final blow of her sword, we've defeated the Akuma. Ladybug does her thing to turn back everything like it was before, I walk to the wolf girl.

"Hey, thanks for saving me back there. I really hate feathers. " I chuckle nervously.

"No problem, well I gotta go before I change back." she winks.

I watch her leave and Ladybug puts her hand on my shoulder.

"You did good, Kitty. Go home and get some rest." She smiles.

I nod and take off to my house.

~Iris's POV~

I jump into my window and detransform. Silver Fang lays on my pillow and I grab some cooked Ramen Noodles and put them in a bowl for Fang. He digs in, he's so cute.

"You did great today, Iris. I'm proud of you. "He slurps up a noodle.

I giggle, "Thanks." I lay down next to Fang, and I drift off to sleep.

Today was really exciting. Fang even said I can tell Adrien if I want. And I might, just not right now.

~Adrien's POV~

I detransform once inside my room. Plagg lands in the trashcan as I go to Iris's room to see how she's doing.

I opened her door and she was asleep. She looks so peaceful. Her lips are parted slightly, Her dark hair frames her beautiful tan skin. I smile, then decide to let her rest.

I got back to my room, Plagg munching on Camembert.

I sigh. "Plagg, who do you think that wolf girl is?"

"Kid, I don't think you wanna know. Let's just leave it at that for now, okay?" He swallows a piece of cheese.

"Okay," I lay down, and finally, I can ultimately rest well.

~Iris's POV~

I wake up, having a bad feeling resting in my stomach, the same feeling I had the day Shiki kidnapped me. I get up, looking over at Fang sleeping on my pillow, and I stand up, wrapping my robe around my body; I open Adrien's door and peek in, seeing he is fast asleep, I walk in and step closer to him. I see Plagg sleeping in the trashcan, I pet him behind his ear and he purrs. I crawl into bed with Adrien, trying my hardest to not wake him up. He shuffles a bit and I lay my head on his pillow beside him.

How am I so blessed to have you in my life, Adrien. You're kind, sweet, funny, loving, and caring. You always put others before yourself; you're willing to do just about anything to protect the people you care about. I hope one day, you'll see that you're worth everything. And to me, you are my everything, my world revolves around you. You're my life, my love, my Kitty. My Chat Noir. My savior. What would I do without you?

I move a strand of blond hair from his eyes, he seems so peaceful, with his arm on his stomach and his head turned toward me. All the sadness he thinks I don't notice is wiped away with sleep, I caress his cheek as I lay there watching him dream.
