Nozomi x (f) Reader - Under the Mistletoe

Hello Everyone! I hope you'll have amazing Christmas. It's already in 2 days! At least here in Germany, since we celebrate on the 24th. I hope you'll all have a nice time with your family and/or friends!

I looked outside of the window and watched how to snow slowly sank to the cold streets. A scent of cinnamon was in the air and everywhere was laughter and happiness. It was Christmas.

Like every year, I'd spend it alone. No family, no friends. My parents currently are overseas and the rest of my relatives lives way too far away. All my friends are celebrating with their families of course.

This year, I didn't even bother to get a Christmas tree. I also didn't put any decoration up. It's unnecessary.

Pling!

My phone buzzed and notified me that I got a message. I looked at my phone. It was from my dearest Friend, Nozomi.

Nozomi

Would you like to come over to celebrate Christmas? I'd be really happy if you did!

I stared at the message for some time. I forgot, Nozomi is lonely as well...

I'll be there in a few minutes.

I then shut the phone off and put it into the pocket of my jacket. The way to Nozomi's place wasn't that far, so I decided to walk. It only takes about 10 minutes.

There were lots of people on the streets. They all were so happy and laughed together. Some even cheerfully sang Christmas Songs together. I didn't like Christmas at all.

"Welcome! Merry Christmas!" Nozomi pulled me into a warm embrace as she opened the door. I smiled a little to myself and hugged her back. "Merry Christmas." I said and walked in.

"Would you like some tea? I just made Some!" Nozomi seemed very happy and energetic. "Uh, sure." I sat down on the small loveseat in the living room and looked outside. It was snowing even more, you could barely see anything.

Nozomi placed the cup in front of me on the small coffee table and sat down next to me. She took a sip of her own cup of tea and smiled brightly at me. "You seem very happy today." I said and took the cup. "I'm just so happy that you came!" She replied and rested her head on my shoulder. "Thank you so much for coming..." she whispered and closed her eyes.

I smiled to myself and sighed. "Anything for you." I mumbled.

After some time, Nozomi seemed to have dozed off. I carefully got up nd lay her down on the couch. She was peacefully sleeping. It looked very cute. I felt a little sleepy too and wanted to go home, but I soon noticed it wouldn't be possible. Too much snow had fallen. I just sat down on the floor in front of the couch Nozomi was sleeping on and rested my upper body and head on it.

I closed my eyes and felt how Nozomi grabbed my hand in her sleep.

She really was adorable.

I got woken up by someone lifting me up. I slowly opened my eyes and saw Nozomi, who was currently trying to bring me into her bedroom. "Oh no, did I wake you up?" She asked as I looked at her. She stopped walking underneath the door frame of her bedroom.

"No, it's fine." I sleepy smiled at her. She looked up to the door frame and then smiled at me. A slight pink dusted her cheeks. I looked at her confused and wanted to ask what's wrong, but I soon felt her lips pressed against mine. My eyes first widened in shock, but they soon closed and I kissed her back.

After she pulled away she gave me another warm smile. I looked away embarrassed.

"What was that for?" I asked. She chuckled and looked up again. "Mistletoe." She replied. I hid my face in her chest in embarrassment.

"You planned this, didn't you?"
