"Keith hurry up. Lance is here." Shiro yelled and he opened the door, letting his brothers friend inside. He was surprised to see Allura, Lances sister with him. "Allura.. hi." Shiro smiled. As embarrassed as he was to admit it, he'd liked Allura for a very long time and since Keith and lance were such good friends he saw her more often then he used to.

"Hi shiro. Sorry I didn't give any warning. I thought I'd stop in since there's no one at home." Allura said smiling and walking in behind lance. Shiro ran his hand through his hair and smiled.

"Ugh, can't you two just date already. Cuz this is weird and stop using Keith and I as an excuse to see each other. " Lance said and pushed himself past shiro. Allura and shiro both stared at the 16 year old as he marched back through the Kitchen to the backyard. Both too embarrassed to look each other in the eye. After a few minutes of silence shiro finally spoke up.

"Do you want to watch something? Uhh maybe play some video games?" He rolled his eyes at how awkward he sounded.

"Sure. But just warning you, I am very good at video games. So don't get too mad if you can't beat me." She said with a smile and made her way to the tv. Shiro laughed and shook his head.

"Keith! Where are you?" Lance yelled once he'd gotten outside. He couldn't stay in the kitchen any longer with shiro and Allura. He looked around the yard and tried to see if Keith was actually where he said he would be.

"Yeah. One sec." Lance heard Keith yell and laughed when he realized where Keith was.

"How the hell did you get up there?" Lance walked over to the side of the house where the garage started. Keith was standing on the roof looking down at him.

"I climbed dumbass." Keith yelled down to lance. "But now I can't get down."

"Hahahah. Who's the dumbass now?" Lance laughed but Keith just rolled his eyes. "Can't you just jump down. It's not that high."

"You kidding me. I'll die!" Keith said and he sat down. Lance just sighed and shook his head.

"Well I don't know dude. Climb down the way you got up." Lance suggested.

"I was going to but I couldn't see where my feet were so I decided to wait till you came." Keith said and he walked over to the wooden structure that was leaning up against the house. Lance was surprised Keith got up there in the first place considering how rotted and flimsy it was.

"Fine. You climb down and I'll tell you where to put your feet. But if you fall know I am not catching you." Lance said and Keith nodded. Then he watched Keith slowly grab onto the side of the makeshift ladder and climb down. "You could've done this with out me. Just go slowly the woods kind of rotted right there-" Keith unknowingly put his foot in the spot lance was talking about and it fell through the wood. Keith yelled out as he felt the pain in his leg and reached down , forgetting that he needed to keep holding on so he wouldn't fall. "Keith you have to-" lance yelled, trying to warn him to hold on. Then he saw the dark haired boy falling towards the ground. He wasn't sure what to do and hesitated which resulted in Keith falling right on top of him.

"I thought you said you weren't going to catch me." Keith groaned and he shifted off of lance, rolling over and laying beside him.

"I didn't catch you. You fell on me." Lance gasped as he tried to catch his breath. Keith had knocked the wind out of him. Lance sat up and slowly regained his ability to breath again. "It's not like I had a warning to move out of the way either." Keith punched lance in the arm and sat up.

"I don't even know why I went up there." Keith said, shaking his head and chuckling. "Tore my leg open pretty good though." He looked down at his shin and saw a huge gash running down it.
