"Y/N-AH WAIT!!!"
Y/N laughed wholeheartedly as she ran towards the water, Yoongi chasing her. Whoever reached the sea last would pay for ice cream and Y/N would never miss a chance for free ice cream.
She dropped her bag on the sand before stepping into the cool waves. She sighed at the comfort the sea breeze gave her.
Although that tranquility was short-lived.
She was swooped up, her feet kicking the water up as her waist was constricted. "YOONGI!?!?" She screeched.
He spun her around before they both fell into salty water, she hit him as he laughed. "What was that for!?"
"If I'm going to buy you ice cream, I should have some payback, right?" He gave her an innocent gummy smile which she dismissed playfully.
They were still in the shallow ends of the sea, the golden beaches held other families having fun. Y/N stood up quickly before Yoongi got ideas for a water fight.
"Sandcastle~" She said as she sat on the brittle sand. Yoongi looked at her, shaking his head.
"Such a child- I'll get you ice cream little Y/N~" He stated teasingly, making her scoff.
It only took him a few minutes to get the desserts they both craved on the hot day. By that time, Y/N had already got a basic structure done.
"We should get some shells, it'd look nice." Yoongi said as he licked his mint chocolate ice cream.
"Now look whose contributing to my sandcastle creation." Y/N said and they both laughed.
"Hey we should walk down the beach, like those couples in movies do." Yoongi watched as the wind made her hair flow smoothly.
"Isn't that kind of cliché?" He said, the sunlight making him tried.
"Yoongi!"
"Okay, okay." He gave in and tried not to smile when some of Y/N's ice cream got smeared on her cheek.

"See, this isn't that bad."
The couple were, as said before, walking down the beach. It was late afternoon and it wasn't packed with vacationers.
Yoongi hummed in agreement, slowly taking Y/N's hand in his own. "It's nice."
Y/N blushed at the contact, it was rare in their busy lives that they were able to just be with each other in the silence. It was comfortable, they had nature and themselves.
Suddenly, Y/N jerked and let out a yelp, letting go of his hand and kneeling down. Yoongi quickly followed, worry etched on his face.
"What happened? Are you hurt?"
"Um...I-" Yoongi helped take off her sandal and anger set in as droplets of blood was found. She had treaded on a small shard of glass, which luckily didn't get into her foot.
"Aish stupid people, littering here..." He mumbled.
"It's fine, I can still walk." She tried to stand up.
"Even if you can, I'm not letting you." He signaled for her to go on his back, which she had no choice but to comply.
Although she felt bad, it warmed her heart to see Yoongi care about her like that. "Alright, let's get our stuff and head back home. I can get you some candy floss."
Even when her foot was stinging slightly, Y/N whined at the prospect of going home. "Okay... Sorry about this."
"Y/N why are you apologising? It's not your fault." Y/N wrapped her arms around his neck and laid her head down.
"Thank you Yoongi." She nuzzled against him and he chuckled.
"No problem Y/N-ah." He replied with a large grin.
