"No, no, I don't like it there" I put my hand over my chin, my arms still crossed over my chest and my eyebrows slightly furrowed in concentration.
Ashton groaned "But Jess, we've moved the couch fifty times already! You said it was good here!" he whined.
"Put it here" I ordered, pointing somewhere and paying no attention to his and Luke's grumbling in disagreement. It was actually quite amusing to watch them.
They lifted the couch with more groaning and placed it where I told them.
I looked at it one more time, tilting my head to the side "It's good here" I said eventually and nodded in all seriousness.
"Thank you" Ashton exclaimed in relief, causing me to let out a slight chuckle.
The kichen door opened and Michael came out, also looking like he's had enough.
"It looks fine Julie!" he exclaimed.
"Michael the table looks horrible next to the fridge, get back in there!" Julie said imperiously, walking after him.
Calum came out as well, but Julie looked at him strictly "You get back in there too, we're not done!"
Calum turned back with a groan. Jenna was leaned onto the wall, laughing at us hysterically. The entire scene was very amusing. We were setting up the furniture in mine and Luke's soon to be apartment. Basically, me and Julie were bossing the guys around, while Jenna and Samantha were watching us. Jen found the situation hilarious and she was laughing her head off.
"What's so funny?" Michael asked playfully, smirking and walking over to her. He wrapped his arms around her waist and she ran a hand through his hair, smirking.
"Quit with the pda you two" Julie rolled her eyes and grabbed Michaels wrist, forcing him to follow her back to the kichen "We're not done"
Michael groaned, causing me to burst out laughing.
"What about the bedroom?" Jen asked, whipping away a stray tear that fell from how much she laughed.
"Right after we move the tv" I explained, pointing to the piece of furniture in the corner.
"We?" Luke raised his eyebrows smugly, leaning onto the couch and panting, tired from all the moving around.
I gigled, wrapping my arms around his torso and kissing his cheek.
"What about me?" Ashton made a goofy smile, showing off his adorable dimples.
I kissed his cheek too "There. Now pick up the tv!" I ordered, laughing at their expressions.
They just finished doing what I sakd when Michael and Calum came in and practically threw themselves onto the couch, moaning exhaustedly.
"Jess, come see the kichen" Julie grinned at me, giving me a sign to follow her.
I walked into the kichen behind her, slowly forming a grin "Perfect!"
I was very glad how well everything was coming together. Julie was a perfectionist so it took us a while, but eventually we finished with the furniture. We plopped ourselves over the couches and seats to relax.
"Maybe we could sleep over? To kick start the new apartment?" Calum suggested, grinning.
I glared at him, I wasn't in the mood. I was exhausted and I really needed a good night's sleep.
"Unless you want to" Calum shook his hand in the air, unsure of how to explain what he wanted "In which case we should leave" he smirked.
I gigled, shaking my head at him and feeling my cheeks heat up a little.
"We should probably still go" Jen stood up "It's getting pretty late" she stated, her eyes on her watch.
"Alright" I said with a small smile and hugged her "See you tomorrow"
She left, shortly followed by Michael, Julie, Ashton, Calum and Samantha.
After everyone was finally gone, I sat down next to Luke, cuddling up to him, and running a hand through his hair.
"I'm glad we decided to do this" I cooed
"Do you regret it?" he asked seriously.
I shook my head "Do you?"
He shook his head, smiling, and kissed my forehead.
