It's 2am where you live

I can tell that you're tired

Your messages become slow

 And I can imagine how your eyes getting droopy

I read your texts as if you were saying them in a tired slur

You surprise me with your question

It's awfully late to be asking something like that

I make a witty comment to avoid it

But my answer would have been yes

AN: This didn't necessarily happen.... lol

The end bit did happen. I just made the first bit sound a lot more poetic that it would have if I was giving an actual account. Isn't that what I'm suppose to do as a writer? Take things and write them better?  Anyway, that's what I did.
