As you watch your young students put all their energy into the choreography and hit each beat with their own personalized type of flavor, you can't help but grin. They've come a long way in just over a month and now it feels as though they've been dancing at this level since you started teaching them. As the teens finish their set, the elementary group skips out to the center of the floor and prep for the choreo; as the starting point in the song arrives, they begin and go hard. You egg them on as the young dancers put their own spin in the choreography while keeping it engaging with their facial expressions and unique style. As the end of the set each student freestyles for the next sixteen counts.

As the current group makes way for the next the you have a sip of water. At the close of the class, you encourage your class to keep up the hard work and remember to keep on pushing themselves. As they file out, you turn on some music and quickly use the fifteen minutes you have to tidy up the space. You spot mop, sweep and turn up the AC to cool the room in preparation for you next session: practice for Bruno Mars' 'Finesse' music video.

Just as you stop to drink water, the dancers begin to arrive, your friends within the group stop by to greet you while the others just give smiles and waves. All of you stretch freely whist you await the arrival of the choreographer.

"Danni!" You exclaim as your close friend, the choreographer arrives. He gives you squeeze.

"Ready?" He whispers.

"For what?" He raises his eyebrows at you and make his way to the opposite end of the room where he puts his things. He pulls off his outside clothes revealing his usual dance attire, joggers and a graphic tee, with beat up vintage sneakers, and a beanie, rolled up to his forehead. As everyone stands and preps to practice the choreography. After running it a few times and pinpointing specific moves to perfect, the group takes another break and disperses about the room. When everyone returns, You take turns with the other dances showing of different sets of choreography from previous performances singularly and a few in groups. As your turn comes up you calmly walk out to the center of the room and as the music starts you move to it in place prepping for the work you're about to put in.

As the music starts over again, you stop in place as you prepare for the moment the choreography is to start. As it does, you put on your 'badass face' and start. As the point in the music comes, you pick a point to focus on, as you complete step after step, they fall into each other, and the dancers that surround you scream 'ayy' and 'yasss' with every move that you put our own flare too. Toward the end of the, you put one faces as you hit the moves and throw on your own little freestyle at the end. The the music is suddenly turned down and all you can hear is everyone reacting to you. In the midst of it all is a loud singular round of applause cuts through all the cheering. You turn around and your eyes nearly jump out of your head. Standing among the dancers, only a few feet away from you is Bruno Mars himself. He has his hands raised over his head clapping.
