Bruno's Saturday night Vegas show. . .

You glance over at your outfit laid out on the bed and think a moment. You really did this. You came all the way out here to hear his side of the story you share. Will his side change the way you see yours? You think to yourself and you draw your hair up into a quick messy bun. Thinking the outfit you brought is a bit much, you put it aside and rummage through your bag for a minute. After a while of laying out several possible outfits, you decide on something more comfortable. You pull in a fine pair of fishnet tights with biker shorts over them, a long sweatshirt dress with a deep v-neck with string detailing across it, the same thigh-high boots you planned to wear before and a distressed denim jacket over top. You add a few simple pieces of jewelry: a silver chain with a small pendant, silver hoops and studs for your second piercings and a few silver rings, some large, some small. Instead of wearing the jacket you just throw it over your shoulders and pose in the mirror for a moment. After doing a little twirl and checking your angles you find that you're satisfied. You head off to the bathroom and do a 'fancy' version of your usual makeup look and then you let your hair down. You apply some product and take a few minutes scrunching your curls before you draw them back into a low pony and braid but not to the end. You tie all you hair back and then go about pulling out little strands here and there to make the look more lived in. Once your satisfied you add some hair spray and then roll on your favorite travel perfume in all the right places. You check yourself out in the mirror one last time and then grab your bag and head for he door. You take a deep breath as you reach the first floor and then make your way to the lounge where the concert is meant to take place. You give your name at the door, you're given a ticket stub and you enter.

Though the lounge there is a small stage at the front of the room with some depth, classy red curtains and stairs to go up. On the floor are no more than fifteen tables, some have booths for chair, others just chairs. There's a bar and just behind that you can see the door to a small kitchen. You choose a seat at a small table as to have a good seat. You set your clutch down in your lap and wait for the concert to start. Bruno notices you as soon as he walks out on stage and you give him a slight nod.

The evening stars with Bruno's most popular up beat songs, 24k Magic being the first. As the set continues, Bruno and the band sing a mix of first, second and third albums with a few covers mixed in. He dances with the guys at first but as the show goes on, he plays a few songs himself at the piano and then shifts to sitting at the front of the the stage, as the set comes to a close. As a result of how small the venue is, you notice how comfortable he appears---not that he isn't comfortable on stage but that because the venue is so small and that people are seated at tables for dinner rather than in rows of seats. People are close enough to touch him but they keep their distance. He makes eye contact with you again, as you have many times throughout the night and you nod your head to him.

"Alright everybody, it has been our pleasure to perform for you, this is our last song for the evening."

Phil joins Bruno at the edge if the stage and two start singing 'If I Knew'. You can't help but that think that the last song choice was intentional but you brush it off. Bruno makes eye contact with you as he and the band come down off the stage to bow and then they head backstage. The host comes out and gives instructions about backstage passes and you listen for the last bit so that you'll be taken backstage. You linger towards the back of the crowd watching as each tries not to implode at the sight of Bruno and the band up close. As the fans start to disburse and you get closer to Bruno, he tips his head to you and then gestures to his right with his chin. You stand off to that side and wait. The last few people make it up to the rope where Bruno and some of the guys stand. Pictures are snapped, autographs are given and after a few hugs and words are exchanged the guys start to head back but Bruno lingers.
