"Yeah," you reply quickly. You start to make a joke about how he even remembers your minor caffeine addiction but before you can finish typing you get another message from him.

"Text me your order, I'll have it come to you. Is around 2 good?" You send him you reply along with your coffee order and then drop your phone back into your purse. Grinning you look straight ahead as your mind wanders back to days at your first office job. You often came back from lunch to find coffee on your desk waiting for you at the same time twice a week without fail. As both you and Riley step out of the elevator sh gives you a mischievous look and you shake your head at her but the smile on your face remains. Both of you clock in but before she settles in at her desk she walks over to your area and leans over the partition between your desk and one of your other teammates. She tries to grill you about your potential 'new squeeze' but you carefully keep all crucial details to yourself.

Just like back in the day, your coffee arrives and one of your co-workers brings it up to you. You shoot Bruno a text and he sends back a winking face. You find yourself shaking you head and consider teasing him but, you hold back and get back to work. As the last few hours tick my you can't help glancing at the clock over and over again praying that time will pass faster. By the time you're getting ready to clock out, you glance over at your phone but just before you grab it, it vibrates.

"I'm in the same spot, waiting," Bruno texts. You grab your things, clock out, wavy, and then back your way down to the parking lot. Just as he said, you find Bruno waiting for you in the same parking spot. You climb in and before he can say anything, your lips are on his. You feel his hand on your cheek then the back of your neck. You draw away from him and see a smirk playing on his lips.

"Hi," he says raising an eyebrow.

"Hey," you reply.

"Hungry?"

"Always."

Bruno pulls out of the parking lot when the car stops, you see that you have arrived at your apartment building. He comes to get out out of the passenger side and then the two of you start to walk up but as you open your door you turn to him.

"I thought we were going to eat," you say not really sure whether you meant to ask him or make a statement. Bruno gestures forward, you head in and then he closes and locks the door behind both of you. As you walk into the kitchen he reaches into his pocket. He produces several take-out menus which he spreads across the countertop.

"These are similar to the places that we liked to eat back in the day but," he stays stepping back. "Theses are a little better but give the same feel and they all deliver." As a smirk graces his face, one of his dimples begins showing. "I'm good with anything here." He says spreading his arms wide. He pushes his hands in the front pockets of his trousers and gestures with his eyes and lips. You grin and begin looking the menus over.

When the food arrives the two of you enjoy it while you get engrossed in a new TV show. Just as you start to get tired you move to 'show watching' to your bedroom and fall asleep together there. You wake to find Bruno fast asleep beside you, the bags beneath his sunken eyes tell you how tired he is and but the relaxed look of his posture denotes that the sleep he is getting is restful. Carefully, you climb out of bed careful not to disturb him, and start getting ready for work. By the time you hear him stirring, you're already making breakfast. You notice Bruno lingering in the doorway but pretend not to notice as you continue what you're doing. He closes the distance between you wrapping his arms around your waist. He sweeps your curls aside and presses his lips to your neck.

"Morning." There's a rasp to his soupy morning voice.

"Good morning," your reply. He rests his head down on your shoulder and his curls tousle your ear. You chuckle, turn, and press your lips to his head. "I'll drive myself today; you sleep in."
