Ally and Charles were both rushing around finishing getting ready for the concert.

Ally wore a beautiful pink dress about knee length. She had tan heels that weren't too high but perfect for dancing in. Her earrings were beautiful pearls. Now, she was finishing putting mascara on. She wanted to look absolutely flawless tonight. Even though it wasn't a real date, Ally would treat it that way. Her crush had asked her to a concert, she wasn't just going to lay back and act casual. This was a big concert too.

Charles finished tying his tie and looked down at his phone. 5:40. 20 more minutes. He took a deep breath and let all his nervous energy out. Tonight was going to be great. He too wanted to look flawless. This was a big deal. He was going on a date with the most beautiful girl in town, the girl who he liked, and who liked him. He couldn't help but wonder if something would happen tonight and he would make a complete fool of himself. What if they danced and he stumbled over his feet? What then. There was so much to worry about.

Np! See ya in a bit.

It was now 5:55 and Charles began to walk out the door to the car. He got in and buckled himself up, out the key in the ignition and started the car. He back out of the driveway
and began driving to Ally's house.

When he pulled up into Ally's driveway, she was already waiting on her deck. She stood up and began to walk to the car. She looked absolutely wonderful. Her dress, her shoes, her hair, her eyes. However, Charles still thought she was even more wonderful without makeup covering up who she really was.

"What? Is something wrong?" Ally looked over at Charles concerned.

Charles then noticed that he had been staring at her daydreaming, "uh no... you look... amazing." Charles could feel butterflies in his stomach. They fluttered a lot and his heart was beating fast.

Ally blushed and smiled, "oh... thanks." Ally could also feel her face getting hot and red and she feel her stomach fluttering with butterflies. Her heart was also pounding.

"Well lets go! Don't want to be late!" Charles backed out of the driveway and off they went to the concert.

When they got their, Charles' parents waited at the entrance for them, "You guys shouldn't go to a concert alone, so we decided that we should tag along. We bought tickets so don't worry about that!" Charles' mom said when we got close enough to talk.

"Okay. Mom, dad, this is Ally." Charles put his hand on Ally's back.

Ally held out her hand to shake, "Hi! Nice to meet you!"

Charles continued, "Ally, this is my mom and dad."

The four of them got into the line which was already pretty long even though it was only 6:30.

"Let the long wait begin!" Charles joked around with Ally.

Ally smiled, "Well we've waited this long, a little bit longer isn't gonna hurt!" Although Ally could hardly wait herself.

When they were in they found their seats which where on the floor. They were very good seats and there was plenty of room around them. It was the perfect set up for the perfect night.
