Me and James have been best friends for a seriously long time. We did Everything together! When I first learned to talk, He was there by my side. When my Grandma passed way, He was there to reassure me that everything would be okay. Even when James first walked into the Dancing With The Stars studio, I was in the audience to support him each night. We were inseparable!

"Hey Jessie." Nick, a Guy I met a few months ago when I visited James on tour, Said to me. I was at the mall with one of my girlfriends and she was staring a me like she knew what whas gonna happen.

"Hey Nick. What's up?" I asked and he smiled. He looked at the ground then back up at me.

"Nothing really, I just wanted to ask you something." He said nervously.

"Shoot." I said for him to continue.

"Well, I was hoping if you'd like to go out to dinner sometime?" He asked and smiled.

"Awwww, I'd love to Nick." I agreed.

He smiled really wide and said, "I'll pick you up tonight, Can't wait. Text you later. Bye." He said hugged you.

He left with his friends and I looked at my friend. She smieked at me and and I slapped her arm playfully.

I got home and put my bags down. I called James immediately.

"Hey Jess?" He said. I could just imagine the smile on his face.

"Hi James! Guess what?" You excitedly said.

"What?"

"I Have a date tonight!" I squealed into the phone.

"Wow Umm with who?" He asked quickly.

"Your friend, Nick."

"Nick!?!?" He literally yelled.

"Yea..." I trailed off.

He hung up and I was surprised at that. A few minutes later, The door swung open to my house.

"Woah!" I gasped. James walked in and looked kinda mad. "Are you okay?"

"No! I-" He calmed Down. "I just came to Umm talk."

"Really, Cause you kinda hung up on me." I said. He blushed.

"Yea sorry about that. But You can't go tonight." He said and crossed his arms in front of his chest.

"Why?"

"Because... He'll be bad for you. Like, Not good for you." He said.

"Why would you say that about your friend James?" I questioned.

"No, I'm just saying. Not in a horrible mean way." He protested.

I went upstairs to my room with James following. I got my dress out ans took a shower after James hung up on me.

"Why are you acting like this?" I asked him. He looked around my room.

"I just wanna protect you. I don't want you getting hurt like always."

"Excuse me? I don't always cry over my ex's you know? I can defend myself too." I said and walked over to him.

"I don't mean it like that." He said and threw his hands up.

"Just tell me!" I wanted to know why he was acting weird now. "Wait? This may sound ridiculous but are you Jealous?"

"What? No! Why would I be Jealous?" He said all at once. You can see it clear in his eyes.

"James. Please tell me." You gently asked him.

He sighed and sat down on your bed.

"Jessie, I-I don't want you to go with Nick c-cause I-I l-love you." He said really quietly.

"What?"

"I said I love you. Okay? I've love you for a really long time but never thought you'd feel the same way." He confessed.

"I know. I just wanted to hear it again." I smiled and sat next to him. "Guess what James?" I asked.

"What?" He laughed slightly. Instead of answering, I put my lips on his soft ones.

"I love you too." I whispered as I pulled away from him.

Later on, I canceled the date with Nick. He wasn't disappointed but not really happy either. Me and James got together after a few dates with me and him.

But no matter what relationship me and James have, We were always gonna stay best friends forever :)
