Arrangement.

*Sisilia's POV*

"I hope I'm not getting you in trouble," I turned to Michaels as he drove his rental to the hotel Robert and I stayed at.

He shook his head keeping his eyes on the road. "Not at all. Why?"

"Well Vince said earlie-" I started but Michael was quick to cut me off.

"Oh- that was something different," He brushed off with a shrug.

"Hmm..." I hummed pressing my lips together into a line not really believing him then I turned around to check on Robert, who currently layed on the back seat like an 'S.' "How're you doing back here?"

Robert groaned putting his arm over his eyes. "Peachy," He stated bluntly.

I stretched my arm out and patted his hip. "Don't worry, soon as we get back, I'll take good care of you."

Michaels scoffed grabbing my attention. "Something the matter?" I quirked up a brow.

"Who is he?" He asked nonchalantly.

I rolled my eyes. "God, if you're gonna turn into Jeff, then I'd much rather drop ou-"

"Relax will you!" He hissed cutting me off yet again. "You never introduced us."

"Oh..." I breathe out looking down before perking up again. "Well, Robert is a close friend of mine I recently made back home but I don't think he's in any position- clearly- to be 'introduced' to anyone right now. Maybe later..."

"It's fine. Not that I care anyways," I squinted my eyes as he mumbled the last part.

I honestly wanted to reply with, "So why the fuck did you ask if you don't care?" But I fully well know that that would just lead into an argument and after what happened back at Vince's office, I really wasn't up for it.

*
"Thanks for the lift Michael," I said before jumping out of his car and opening the backside passenger door. "C'mon Rob, just a little way again..."

"My body feels so heavy..." Robert groaned as I helped him out the back seat.

I slung his arm over my shoulder and pulled him out making sure I had a firm hold around his waist just so he won't fall over as he stood. "Yeah, well..."

"Want help?" Michaels asked coming over and standing behind me.

"Nope," I shook my head. "But you can close the door for me."

He did as he was told and then came beside me as I now started walking Robert into the lobby and over to the elevator. "Atleast let me walk you to your door; or his door."

"To our door," I corrected turning my head to face him with a smirk. He briefly stared at me with a poker face but his eyes told his story.

Why are guys so quick to get jealous?

Eventually, the elevator came and we rode it in complete silence, well except for Robert's small groans as he rested his head on my shoulder.

*
"I'll be with you in a minute, okay?" I told Robert as I sat him on the bed. He nodded and layed down while I got up and headed back to the living room where Michaels invited himself. "You can leave now. I can take it from here," I said now standing in front of Michaels as he sat on the couch.

"I want to talk to you," He spoke for the first time since the lobby looking up at me and making my heart jolt.

No.

I know exactly what he wants to talk about.

What else would it be?

I can't. I've been trying to block that out.

"I'm really busy right no-" I tried to make an excuse but he cut me off by standing.

"Then tonight," He stated now heading for the door. "I'll be here at eight."

"But-"

And before I can even fully protest, he opened the door and was out with a blink shutting the door quietly behind him.

What just happened?

I stood in the living room completely lost in my thoughts when suddenly Robert slipped my mind.

Well joke's on you Michaels. I have a responsibility to take care of.

I then turned and made my way over to the bedroom where Robert now slept looking peaceful despite how dysfunctional his face looked.

I wanted to leave him and let him be but I couldn't risk his cuts getting infected and I wanted him to take some pain killers so he wouldn't feel the after wrath of Jeff's lashes.

I sighed before sitting beside him and placing a hand on his chest. "Robert," I called gently shaking him.

He groaned and stired before fluttering his eyes open. "Huh?"

"Let me fix you up and then you can go back to sleep, okay?" I said to which he only groaned in response to.

*
About a good half later I was finished with Robert, without a word said, and now he was sleeping.

Soon after a knock came on the front door and I went to answer it.

"I'm so sorry Sisi!" Jeff came bolting in the door passing me and dropping on the couch.

"Sure you can come in..." I mumbled to myself pushing the door close and walking over to Jeff. "Why don't you tell me what happened back there."

He sighed and leaned back deflated resting his head back and looking up. "I don't know-- we- I was trying to get to know him better because obviously he's new and I don't know... somehow the topic went from his life to my life and ended up on my mom and you know how I get about that topic, so I just lost it with him. I'm so sorry Sisi. You know I'm not like that..."

I let out a long dragging sigh before plopping down next to him. "Jeff, I understand you but still Robert didn't deserve what you did to him. He didn't know and besides, I'm not the one you should be apologizing to, it's him."

"God..." He dragged his hands down his face before looking back at me. "Where is he?"

"He's asleep," I simply answered.

"Hmm..." He nodded. "Are you hungry?"

"Sure," I smiled.

*
A/N- If it seems rushed, I'm sorry.
