-An almost follow up to my previous piece called what is depression.-
Anxiety is being so scared
That plan C D and E may fail
While all the same A isn't even started
And B hasn't set sailIt's counting down numbers
Until you remember how to breath
Or thinking of failures
That won't let you succeedIt's constant doubt inside your head
Pondering if every word was right
It's tossing and turning wide awake
Every single nightIt's fear of the unknown
And terror at the present
Being too scared to move
Because it may be unpleasantIt's making mountains out of ant stings
And demons out of flies
Letting tomorrow escape you
While you throw away your triesIt's a little voice that's nagging
Saying you are being left behind
But most off all. Anxiety
Is just a demon in your mind.
