 The Boys POV

PJ walked back and forth pacing with his hands on his hips looking towards the back entrance to the venue. Mike checked his watch before looking back down to the email he was reading on his tablet. The band had run through sound check earlier but they all knew that BG needed to be back soon to have everything under way on time tonight. Kolby was standing with the boys discussing a game smoking a cigarette. This ought to good he knew. He'd been a little skeptical when Brantley had filled him on his plan earlier today but knew it needed to happen. Neither of them could take it much longer. This was a talk long overdue. He looked over at PJ shaking his head.

"PJ!" Kolby yelled making him turn to look over his shoulder. "Staring at that road is not going to make that Harley appear any sooner."

"Five more damn minutes!" PJ replied back eyes narrowed. "They have five more damn minutes before I send out a fucking search party! Mike! You don't think they killed each other do you?"

"No PJ," Mike called back laughing. "You worry wart they didn't kill each other! She may have done him some bodily damage but not full out kill him. I've seen her come close a time or two but she's still in love with him."

"I call five bucks," Ben said with a booming laugh. "Five bucks, he's at least sporting a black eye."

"I say sore balls!" Noah quipped grinning. "BG will be walking around icing the boys later. Especially after that little karaoke performance."

"Put me down for a busted lip!" Jesse said pushing his shades up. "I have seen that one before."

"All of you are probably right," PJ grumbled walking over to them. "Swear all those two used to be good at was fucking and fighting."

"Don't we all," BJ says rolling his eyes shuddering. "Saw his white ass enough to scar me for life."

"Had never been so glad for BG to get his own bus," Ben moaned as the rest of them agreed.

"Shit," Kolby said turning pale. "Trying living with them! It was bad man, so so bad."

They all turned as they heard the rumble of an approaching motorcycle and waited with bated breath to see who was actually right and if someone needed to do a body recovery.

Brantley's POV

I just wanted to bypass the turn off for the venue and enjoy the feel of Allie wrapped around me for a while longer, but I knew I had to get back. I had been pushing it as is moving things around, but it needed to happen. Mike's exact words had been "God be with you." Okay.....so Allie had a little bit of a temper. Mama had gotten her a new set of dishes the Christmas after we'd gotten married because she had gone through them aiming at my hard head. And heaven help my ass back in the early days if she'd had to drag me out of the bar the night before.

That woman yelling at me on top of a hangover was not pleasant. I reached down to squeeze her hands that were sitting on my stomach gently as I pulled up near the buses. I chuckled as I saw PJ narrow his eyes checking us both over for damage. I killed the bike then took my helmet off before standing up as Allie unhooked hers handing it to me to put back in the bags. I smiled down at her as I held a hand out to help her climb off. PJ stomped over to us with hands on his hips. I gave Allie a wink squeezing her hand gently as she rolled her eyes.

"You two good?" PJ grumbled. "Had me worried y'all had finally killed each other."

"Nah PJ," Allie said with a giggle. 'Still in one piece."

"Good," he said nodding his head as a wide smirk spread across his lips. "Just so you know, I had alibis worked out for both of you."

"Appreciate it man," I said with a chuckle wrapping an arm around Allie's waist making PJ's eyes widen.
