"What are you?" Scott looked over my shoulder.
"I am a Lady of the Southern Court. You can call me Lady Tamara Blake. I didn't even that was a thing," I said with a fake southern accent and he laughed.
"Dude," Adrian grabbed our attention. "What is your profession?"
He scanned his paper, "I'm-" his eyebrows raised, "I'm her bodyguard." He pointed at me as we traded papers.
"What!?" Adrian exclaimed, throwing his hand in the air. "I'm a millionaire!"
"So? What's bad about that?" I asked, baffled.
"I'm a millionaire," Adrian rolled his ice blue eyes, "in the tile business."
We looked at each other and hid our grins. We spent the rest of the day going over each others new identities and we went over our dances. We watched TV, ate, and fell into bed.
I was the first one up, changed, and began to gather my stuff for the trip back to Los Angeles. Melanie came down with donuts and coffee. I went and sat down at the table, grabbing a chocolate-covered donut.
"So, you and the McCall boy, huh?" Melanie smirked as I choked on my donut.
"No, it's not like that," but even as I denied it, I could hear that I didn't sound convincing.
"He's a good guy, Crystal," she placed her hand over mine as I twisted nervously. "You can't shut people out forever. I know that you were at Gate's compound, but that boy," she pointed at his bunk, "he's not going anywhere because he cares for you." She stood and left as everyone stirred, coming over to grab coffee and donuts.
In fifteen minutes, they had all changed and were packing their things.
"Alright, does everyone have everything?" Kira inquired.
We nodded our heads in sync.
"But most importantly, do you have your formal dress wear?" she asked, eyes on our bags.
"Yes," we shouted.
"Okay, just making sure, let's get out of here," Kira led us up the stairs, where we said goodbye to Melanie. For now. But I think we will be seeing her again. We strode quickly to our Chevy Camaro and got in. Kira and Puck drove since they knew where we were going. It took a couple more hours to get back into Los Angeles.
An hour into the drive, "Being in the back-," I began.
"Stinks," Scott finished, trying to get comfortable.
We got to the hotel, which was only a short driving distance to the Majestic Downtown. We paid for adjoining rooms, grabbed our bags, and went to our rooms. Girls in one and boys in the other.

I led the boys to our room, swiped the card, and swung the door open. We stormed into the room, fighting for the bed, which Adrian and I won. Puck sat up his tablet at the desk, while we hung up the suits.
"Uh oh," Puck's green eyes were wide.
"Don't do that to me, man. Just don't do that," I sighed, closing my eyes.
"What is it?" Hugh asked, coming closer.
"He moved it," Puck darted to his feet and made his way to the girls' room.
"Who moved what?" Adrian narrowed his eyes.
The adjoining room door was yanked open, and Crystal stood there, hands on her hips, saying, "He changed the date, didn't he?"
