Anna's P.O.V.
"I don't know what's happening with you, but I like it" Abby laughed as she fixed her hair inside the girls' restrooms.
"I don't know what you mean" I said coldly as I stood behind her, she glanced over me through the mirror.
"Sure you do" She grinned. "We haven't been in trouble like this because of you for like two years"
"It was different; we were immature back then" I crossed my arms with no expression on my face.
"Then what changed?"
"Nothing"
She didn't say anything for a few minutes, and she continued to "Fix" her hair when in reality she was just playing with it. I thought she had forgotten, but then I remembered how she is; she won't never ever forget it.
"You know? I think I know what it is" She quickly turned around to face me. See?
"What is...?"
"It has to do with Julian" She playfully squeezed my nose.
"Oh really?" I thought playing around with her a little wouldn't hurt her.
"Be serious!" She laughed. "Without Julian's presence you don't have a reason to be silly at school; consequently, things like getting kicked out of class don't happen!"
"No kidding" I said sarcastically.
"Annaaaa. Can't you see? It's thanks to them!" She clapped
"Them?"
"Paul and John"
"What the hell do they have to do with that old bitch kicking us out anyway?"
"AHAAA. SEE? SWEARING! THIS IS WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT." She said excitedly as if she had just seen her favorite celebrity.
"Stop it. You're crazy, but you already know that" I was pissed and amused at the same time.
"You know I'm right"
"I don't UNDERSTAND yet"
"Shuuush. Paul and John are sort of like a fun problem to us now"
"How could they be our problem?"
"I saw Paul's girlfriend. Are you forgetting that?"
"Oh" I bite my nails. I was worried about her, that girl didn't look any reasonable, and even though it wasn't Abby's fault, I was not sure she thought so. "Are you sure it was her?"
"Of course I am! That ass can't be unmistakable. I told you she looked familiar. She comes to our school" She started biting on her nails too.
"Don't do that. It's gross" I smacked her hand.
"You're doing it too" She smacked mine back. We'd always had this little fight.
"Abby, what are you going to do?"
"What AM I going to do? Thanks for your help friend" She was right; I wasn't going to leave her alone with that.
"Maybe if we talk to her and explain..."
"But it wasn't my fault! I didn't know he was seeing someone"
"WE ALREADY KNOW THAT" I saved some extra patience but I was losing it.
"Ok carry on" She giggled.
"From what I saw, it didn't seem like it was the first time he cheated, so I guess she already knows what kind of guy he is. She'll understand eventually, so don't worry."
