Anna's P.O.V.

I had forgotten where I was for a second. I don't remember being this lazy in my life before. I literally couldn't move my body because some giant bag of flesh was on lying on top of my torso. I slowly touched it with my foot to feel something that felt like a bare foot. I cringed to last night's flashback. I was so pathetic, but...I don't regret it at all; I feel this is where I belong. This time it feels different. I imagined this as my honeymoon night with Julian a thousand times, and all John had to do was come, and say he's sorry to make it possible. I managed to get him out of the way. I got up, and shivered. I stood there for a few minutes; I really didn't know what would be my next move.

"Nice ass"

John might consider to stop being John at least for one day.
I knew what my next move would be then; I ran to the bathroom.

"Hey do not hide in there" He chuckled.

"I have so many questions right now, but I rather not ask, or at least not for now" I said as I got out of the bathroom with my robe on.

"Anna. I love you; there's nothing we've left unspoken"

I think that made me love him even more.

"I know"

"Get ready. We're going to go out"

"Where?"

"A special place"

John was sweet...so sweet even though it didn't seem like it.

I took a quick shower, changed into a white floral dress, and put on some red lipstick. Yes, I haven't dressed like this in years. John loved the way I looked; he said it every second. We stopped by a flower shop to get some flowers; John said we'd need them.

John and I walked in the fields holding hands. He didn't want to say where we were going.

"I don't think I've been here before" I said.

"I think you have" He said holding my hand tighter.

"This is a cemetery..." I said shocked as we walked closer to that place. I did not expect a cemetery.

"Aham"

I wasn't a big fan of cemeteries, but I'd bring flowers to my mother's grave once in a while.

"Is your uncle...?"

"No. You'll see"

We kept "exploring" the place until we came across a big pink grave; it stood out among all the other ones.

"I do recognize this...this is Laura's grave..." I said before I placed the flowers down on her grave.

I could tell it was even harder for him to be there...

He sighed quietly, and then began speaking. It seemed to me like he was about to apologize for something judging by the way he knelt down, and looked at the grave...

"I'm sorry I didn't have the courage to come see you before...it's just... all of this was very overwhelming, and I had been confused" He put his hand on the grave as he continued. "You will continue to be in my heart forever. I'm sure you will never be forgotten" He then looked at me. "I  want to have your blessing to be with Anna" He smiled as he took my hand.

"Laura, I miss you" I began.
I felt like I needed her to know that I really do miss her a lot.
"See? I kept your promise" I wiped the tiny tear coming out of the corner of my eye. "I'm sorry that I stole your boyfriend" I let out a brief laugh.

"He's in good hands" He laughed too.

"Things have changed since you left, but hopefully we'll find our way through"
