Anna's P.O.V.
"I told you" I told Abby as we got in my house.
"You didn't!" She went towards my bed, and hugged my pillow. "I'm so pissed. These guys ugh"
"It's okay. It's not like we have to see them again. I think this was meant to be. You could've dated him for a while, and the disappointment would have hurt you a lot"
"It hurts me already" If it wasn't because she was almost to the verge of tears I would have not believed that.
"How can it hurt you that much? You just met him yesterday, and you both engaged in a little conversation before we knew he had a girlfriend" As hard as it could be for her, I had to remind her why he wasn't worth any of her tears.
"Now I understand how you feel about Julian" Hell no. You no idea of how that is, girl.
"Pfft. You don't know what you're saying. Listen, get Paul out of that little head." I said poking her forehead. "Focus on other things like graduating, or your plans after moving out. Don't let this affect you" I didn't have to say too much because she knew it wasn't that important. Abby was always stronger and easy to convince in situations like these; after all it was not a big deal. Like I've said before, I wish I was more like her. She hesitated, but she agreed to let it go.
"Okay" S sudden smile spread on her face.
"That's my girl" I gave her a hug.
"But what if we see them again?" I saw a little bit of hope in that question.
"I don't think we'll run into them again. Why? You're not thinking he could break up with that girl to date you. Are you?"
"No" Oh no, that face. I know her too well. She really liked Paul, and that wasn't good.
"Abbyyyy" I snorted.
"Whaaaat. I said no"
"Your face says the opposite"
"Ugh"
"Forget about Paul. Do that for me just like you asked me to go to that date"
"I'll try" She'd be okay, or at least that's what I hoped.
"Do you want to go out tomorrow night?"
"Sure. Where?" Her mood jumped incredibly high; I laughed internally. She was well known for being the party girl.
"You remember that guy from my chemistry class?"
"The one with the weird head?"
"What? Haha. I mean the one with the weird sweater"
"Ohh, sure. What about him?"
"He told me his friend Ivan is having a gig at his house or something, and he invited us. Do you want to go?" I haven't been in the mood for parties in two years, but I was going to do it for Abby; she's always cheered me up when I've been depressed, and I wanted to do the same for her.
"Do you think the band could play some Elvis' covers?"
"We could always request them if they don't"
"Let's go honeeeeey" She grinned. You wouldn't believe how fun it is to have her as a friend.
John's P.O.V.
"I told you they wouldn't let us in, but you never listen to me, John"
We had just been kicked out of another pub again. Paul's baby face was usually the problem; he looked way younger then he was; more like, his face looked younger. Even if he looked his age, 15 is still underage. Little did they know that we drink and smoke like 20 year olds, or probably older.
