Anna's P.O.V.
"Anna? Helloo?" You've gotta answer. I'm actually curious you know?" She grinned. She was born curious.
"NO" I simply said.
I don't even have to think it through. Right?
"But- "
"That's not even the point. We've been talking about what he did."
"Not his best idea but, back to my question: Let's suppose Julian never ever existed? Would you?" She was getting smarter with these things.
"I don't know"
"HA!"
"I mean, no. Because you know how he is. He's not my type"
Too late.
"Oh my god! That's something! Opposites attract each other" She exclaimed
Oh no. I'm not even going to try. It's pointless; she won't leave this behind.
"Well I don't care. If it's not Julian, I'm not interested. The end" I'd been dying to vent about that for a loooooooooooooooong time.
"Well, he's NOT here anyway"
Ouch. What's been happening to her?
"What's wrong with you, Abby?" I raised an eyebrow. Now I was the one who was curious.
"Oh nothing" She sighed, and took her shoes off as she opened her house's door. "You two make a cute couple by the way" She smiled before closing the door almost hitting my nose with it!
"Sure we do" I said to myself sarcastically as I walked to my house.
Too much for today. All I want is to... I don't even know.
When I got home, I jumped on my bed, and I didn't bother taking off my dress because even that would be an extra effort to my patience. I'm glad I fell asleep soon because if not... hell those thoughts... would have ended up crying again.
I had a good sleep until Robin decided to end my beautiful fake getaway.
"Anna! Letter for you on the table darling!" She shouted from the kitchen.
It better be important news otherwise I'd get grumpy for the rest of the day. I dragged myself out of bed with my dress still on. Judging by the way Robin looked at me, I knew I looked terribly wasted with my fucked up mascara on my eyes... and lipstick my lord! I could picture the mess it was.
"How was last night, sweetie?" She asked placing two dishes on the table.
"It was okay. Where's my letter?"
"Right here" She put it on my hand. "Came very early this morning. I think it's from College"
"College!?"
I had been waiting for this moment since freaking forever. Being admitted to Liverpool's college of art had been my dream. Well, it had been our dream to go there together as part of our plans. Julian was so excited about attending college with me, and now that's another step I'll be taking without him. I was able to survive graduation; of course I can take college. Studying art is what I want, and I couldn't be more grateful if I were to be admitted.
"I have a feeling you're in" Robin had always been like that...very optimistic.
"I hope so" I opened the letter.
It had been a while since I felt this happy: I was accepted.
"I'm in!"
"Congratula-"
