"What do you do at a bachelorette party?" I ask.
"It's when girls go out and party." Marlene says.
"But we are just going to stay here, have a few drinks, watch a movie, have girl talk, and Emerald is going to let me fix her dress then she will practice walking." Christina says.
"Then let's get this party started." Shana says. Then Christina shows us this spa thing that she has set up, it's a place to wash and do hair, place to paint nails, and a place to do makeup. Shana washes my hair and puts it in a braid she said that tomorrow will look good, I then wash hers and I practice braiding, it took a long time for it to be close to perfect. Shana gave me some tips and tricks for hair. Then I do Marlene's nails, I take my time, black nail polish is easy to get messed up. As she does my nails I ask her, "are you and Uriah together?" she smiles and looks up at me "yes"
"How long?" I ask.
"I have always liked him, and we became good friends, and last year Thomas dared him to kiss me, and the next day he asks me out." I smile.
"So Thomas dared him to kiss you" I say.
"Yes and Uriah dared Thomas to kiss you, and now you two are one of the cutes couples I have ever seen."
"What make one relationship cuter than the other?" I ask.
"When he looks at you he stops mid-sentence, he has never messed up talking to a girl, but when you ran off that first day he couldn't stop saying that he messed up when talk to you. He never shuts up but after that day he couldn't gather his thoughts into words, he was off in his little world the rest of the day." She says and finishes. Then we all set in a circle.
"So Emerald have you and Thomas you now... done it?" Christina asks.
"That's kind of personal"
"Just answer the question"
"No" I say looking down. That goes on for a while then we watch a move. After the movie Marlene asks me
"Could you teach me to play video games?"
"Yes" I put on some heels so I can practice, then go down to my apartment to get the Xbox, the boys are at Zeke's. I walk past their door I can hear them talking, then someone coming to the door, I run nearly braking my ankles. I teach them how to play, there're okay they need more practice.
"Emerald do you ever take off your glove?" Christina asks.
"I take it off." I answer.
"Can you take it off for the wedding?" she asks.
"I can't"
"Why not just take it off"
"I can't"
"Emerald it's not a big deal just take it off are you hiding something from us?"
"No I... just cant." I say wanting to cry.
"Christina, stop" Tris says.
"Why are you hind stuff from us, aren't we friends?" Christina says and that is when I start to cry.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to-"
"It's okay" I then take off the bracelet and hold out my hand with the glove still on.
"Please don't look at me like a lost puppy." I say the take off the glove.
"What happened?" they ask.
"The father I thought was my father turned out not to be my birth father, and I went to talk to my real father and when he found out I was his kid he started to hit me." I say looking up, they all have a look of sympathy on their face.
"Please don't look at me like that."

I put the bracelet back on as we watch anther movie, this time a chick flick. I start drawing, after that movie they put in an action movie. Around nine Christina says we should go to sleep. I wait till they are all sleeping then I text Thomas.

"The girls are sleeping" I text
"So are the guys, I miss you" he texted back.
"Can you sneak out?" I ask
"We aren't support to see each other" he says
"But can you" I say
"Yes" he replies
"Good me to. Meet me at the chasm" I say
"I didn't know you could be so bad" he says as I quietly put my converse and knife on.
"Shut up. See you in a minute." I say

I then quietly get up and sneak out to the chasm. My heart beats hard the whole way there. If Christina finds me out here she will kill me, but it's worth it.
