Izuku got into the arena where the Undertaker had been already waiting, Izuku was in his outfitted clothes of a white t-shirt layered with carbon fiber and titanium to reduce any damage he needs to absorb, the "bandages" on his arms and a pair of jogging pants also lined with carbon fiber and titanium. The countdown began and the Undertaker just looked to Izuku. "So Izuku Midoriya quite the past you've had, killing a friend, losing your mentor, losing your mother and an arm all within a decently short time. Must have been hard on someone who's mind is so weak." Izuku's eyes changed to the skulls immediately due to the mention of his touchy subjects, Izuku charged the boy with his reaper form active to further increase his durability. Izuku threw a punch at the Undertaker who just raised a finger and stopped every punch with ease. Izuku couldn't feel his hand after the blocks and Izuku just kept throwing the punches as they kept getting blocked. "Midoriya I have two things to tell you but I will have to make them riddled so at least that way you can get a stronger mind. First be careful of weapons even when the safety is on it only takes one person to get it ready to fire. Second time is an ally but it can also be the biggest enemy." Izuku confused by what was just said tried throwing more punches all of them being blocked by the boy who was seemingly backing up a little. Izuku took this as his opportunity to push harder and try to land some strong blows. Izuku threw punches as fast as he could using One For All to try and land more hits barely missing and then Izuku emitted a wave of fire. The Undertaker stood there after the flames had disappeared his hood being burned away but the rest of him seemingly fine, Izuku saw his eye it was weird it seemed like he had a purple vortex as a left eye. Izuku scared of what this could be decided to try once more to end this fight, Izuku swung once more with a kick to the gut but got blocked once more before the Undertaker landed a strike into his chest and Izuku was unable to move. "Izuku Midoriya is unable to continue the winner Kevin Young the UNDERTAKER!" Izuku laid there unable to move for another ten minutes as they got his teammates to come help him. Cain was the first to talk. "You were predictable but it was obviously because you were pissed off whatever he said to you broke your concentration and made you forget your training with me." Amestra hugged him. "It is okay you lost to a champion and keep in mind you now hold the position of second longest fight with him, Mitsuki being the longest." Izuku looked down and began thinking about what had been said to him. Izuku unable to place it together went to go train in the forest nearby until one of his teammates matches, Izuku continued trying to learn the flash step but was unable to get the technique down he began getting frustrated and tearing trees out of the ground with his telekinesis. He had decided whenever he ripped out a tree he would practice using his telekinesis to cut the tree enough to make small pieces of firewood then stack them without letting go of the tree he had ripped out. This was what he did for several hours until Alice came to him. "Izuku Scarlet has a match shortly. I thought you would like to see it." Alice smiled towards Izuku who had just finished destroying a tree. "Of course Alice I'll be right there." Izuku made it to the arena's spectators stands shortly after the match had started Scarlet seemed to be dominating her opponent who was unable to close any distance with the amount of flames being emitted, parts of the arena were seemingly melting as the fire's heat intensified Scarlet trying to drain her opponent and burn them. The match ended not long after when the boy tried to jump over the flames and Scarlet quickly turned it into a chance to use a move she had made for such occasions. "Volcano surge." she emitted flames upwards making the flames look like magma this knocked her opponent out quickly. The next match would be Stephen versus some guy who used earth element to attack. Stephen closed the distance fast and took a pillar of earth through his side and activated his Jack the Ripper and landed multiple quick hits on his opponent and then proceeded to wait out the poison of his quirk to win the match. Amestra's match was a day after and she won fairly easy by creating two hammers that she used to hit her opponent quickly and with tons of force. Alice's match ended with her losing to someone who used lightning to quickly move around and cause strong attacks to pass quickly throughout the body. Cain was able to win his match very quickly by using his flash step to get behind his opponent then using the flash step technique to increase the momentum of his kick and knocked his opponent out with one quick kick. The next day Stephen had to fight the Undertaker who quickly landed the same hit as he had on Izuku knocking him from the tournament. When Stephen was brought out by Izuku and Amestra they asked if he was able to figure anything out. Stephen nodded. "He is just so quick and it is like he knows everything about me." Izuku looked down. "Same here. He was able to bring up my most touchy subjects which got me pissed off quick." Izuku knew that anything he had said would be important but was unsure of how he could figure it out. Scarlet proceeded to win her next match with luck due to the other persons quirk dealing with plants which she was able to burn away. Amestra won her next match barely as they were both weapon wielders and she had the better technique with her weapons. Cain once again won using the flash step technique to land hyper momentum hits to create his damage, his opponent was able to block a few hits but was overwhelmed shortly into the match. The Second round ended with Scarlet, Amestra, and Cain being able to make it to the third round, they were all happy about this until it was announced that none of them got the by to the end and that Amestra would be fighting the Undertaker first, Scarlet would be fighting a water user, and Cain was fighting a mutant type Quirk who was made of stone. This first match of round three would have all of them fighting either their counter or someone who seems unbeatable. Amestra's match came up first when they entered Izuku saw that Undertaker was talking to Amestra and she began blushing quickly and swung a hammer at the boy but instead of blocking he dodged and Izuku thought this strange as he had only blocked previously. Izuku remembered during his fight with Stephen he hadn't blocked but moved away from the sword to land the hit but he didn't see an opening this time against Amestra. Izuku went to Cain. "Undertaker needs to make contact to activate the paralysis, and any physical contact with a biological being is easily paralyzed but making contact with something inorganic that is solid enough can not paralyze the user." Cain smiled. "I'm glad I wasn't the only one to notice this but that doesn't matter if he can get into your head." Amestra swung once more this time he went in a landed a strike to her stomach this caused Amestra to lose. With that it became obvious that Undertaker would win again as Scarlet could do damage to him but if he makes contact once it would be over and Cain is all about physical hits without his quirk but he said even with his quirk he wouldn't be able to beat that. The match of Scarlet versus the water user lasted a lot longer than most expected Scarlet was able to use her flames to evaporate the water fairly consistently but it was obvious she was losing a lot of her endurance doing that while the water user still looked relatively fresh. The match continued for another 10 minutes before Scarlet collapsed unable to continue with her flames and the temperature regulation. This left Cain who was against someone he would have a hard time fighting at any time Cain got knocked out in a single blow to the jaw. "Talk about a glass cannon! He couldn't take more than one hit." With that they began preparing to return to the school sad at their defeat but happy with making it as far as they did.
When they returned everyone had heard about what had happened, Izuku was disappointed in himself and it was obvious to other students as he got a few challenges thinking maybe he had gotten weak just to obliterate anyone who was challenging him. Izuku knew he would have to train for a long time if he hoped to beat Undertaker. A few days later it was said that in the finals Undertaker had forfeited to his opponent due to personal reasons, Izuku heard this was pissed off that someone who would give up so easily was the guy that beat him. He knew what he had to do, he would train even more but he wouldn't be obsessed with it as he had already gone down that path before.
Authors notes: Look at me 2 chapter one day it feels good and letting you guys know there is a time skip at the very beginning of the next chapter and I have a question to ask. If enough people want me to I was thinking of creating a special or more of what happens during the timeskip as it will fill in some detail as to events that have happened and I was doing this as I have hit over 20K reads which I honestly am shocked as I had thought it would take longer to get this high and I have reached 137 followers and I didn't even notice that I had so many I thought I was maybe at 50 but thank you all for reading and I hope you all enjoy
