Well my super readers, onward to chapter 3!!!!! HIP HIP, HORRAY! Yeah, I really don't know what I should put in this small authors note, so just go ahead and read XD
Emma's POV
From what I could tell, training time looked amazing. Absolutely stunning.
Will had brought me to a gymnasium, and it was huge. I've never seen one in person, but I bet this was the biggest one in the world.
But, there was no equipment. Nothing. Only a podium on the sidelines with what looked like a big red button.
I looked around the gym with Will beside me. Scattered throughout the room were about thirty teen kids around my age. They were in groups just chatting like high schoolers from the movies. Then, in a far corner, about six kids were sitting, either playing with their hands and feet or having small conversations.
"Pretty big, huh?"
I nodded at Will's question. "Yeah, but where's the equipment?"
"Oh, you'll see," he responded.
"Hey! Hey guys!"
Will and I turned to the girl who had abandoned me and three other people.
Rosie.
I marched to them, leaving Will behind, and noticed that all four of them were eating pizza. Really? And none for me? Shit heads I say! Shit heads!
"Where's my pizza?" I exclaimed when when I reached them.
The girl with the knives continued to eat as well as the two other guys while Rosie stared at me with a dumbfounded look.
"Your pizza?"
I nodded and flailed my arms in the air for exasperation. "Yes! My pizza! You abandoned me in the hall and got pizza! And what about the tour?!"
Rosie looked as if she was piecing everything together. "Oh yeah," she finally said.
"Oh yeah? I want-"
"It's just pizza," the girl with knives said without making eye contact with me as she chewed on her snack. "Get over it."
I crossed my arms and cocked my eyebrow at her. "Then you wouldn't mind giving me your pizza."
She froze mid bite and gave me a death glare, causing me to flinch. "Bitch, no. It's my pizza, get your own. If I wanted to, I could make this snack your worst nightmare."
That got me mad. Why? Well one, I was hungry. Two, she didn't get me pizza. Three, she gave the the weirdest threat to me. And four, did I mention I was hungry?
"I'd like to see you try," I said with false confidence. I had to admit, this chick was scary, especially with knives attached to her belt.
She smirked and handed the guy with almost black hair her pizza, catching him off gaurd. "Gladly."
"Woah! Woah! Woah!" Will exclaimed as he got between me and the girl. "Take it easy Moxie, she's new here."
The girl with knives gave and understanding look and her expression of death vanished. So I'm guessing if I say I'm new, I get out of trouble! Great tactic to get out of anything.
"Wait," the guy with shaggy dark hair said as he ate his pizza. "Isn't that the girl who you brought through the window last night? She's staying with us?"
My eyes widened and I glanced at Will. He brought me through a window last night? All I remember is him saving me from that guy in the ally way and lifting me into his arms. Nothing else. What the hell happened?
