I've been attending Fairy Tail high for a solid two weeks. The time flies by when you have to get yourself out of bed at six in the morning. Everyone has been nice to me though. It was amazing, no one so far has said anything about my hair. . . well, not to my face anyway. Y/N friend Lucy is weirdly attached to me and I'm getting a little freaked out. She always wants to be near me. Y/N tries to tame her and tell her to leave me alone. But the woman never does. Y/N told me she liked me, but I don't see it.

As I walked with Y/N down the hall I looked at her. She was so intelligent and kind, also sweet and cute at times. She caught me staring and looked up at me.
"Can I help you?" She asked, I shook my head and looked away from her.
"I was just wondering, ever since I arrived, the bruises on your arms have decreased a lot," I said, she sighed.
"I guess people think you're so intimidating, and since you're always around me they won't touch me." She replied sarcastically. I poked her arm, she wailed her hands and smacked me.
"Hey is that Strawberry?" We froze. I knew that voice, and I think Y/N new that voice too. We looked at each other, then turned around. Before us stood Laxus and Eric. Y/N gasped and grabbed my arm. "Holy shit, look Eric. It's Pinky." Laxus said I narrowed my eyes at him.
"Never think I would see you in such a high-class school." I said, "I always took you for a moron." Y/N pinched me, motioning me to shut up, but I didn't. I continued.
"What makes you think you can talk to me like that?" He asked,
"You're trying to be tough." I said, "If Y/N can knock your ass out, then beating your ass will be a piece of cake."
"Oh so now you're protecting her?" Laxus asked, then laughed.  "What is she? Your princess you have to save?" he asked, Y/N's skin boiled.
"She doesn't need me to save her," I said, she looked at me surprised.
"I'm not doing it for her. I'm doing it for all the people you decided to pick on because they wore the wrong shoes, or a piece of hair is straighter than the other." I started, people began to gather and watch. "What is your problem with people who aren't like you? What do you like about making people think suicidal thoughts because they don't think they're good enough for life all because you went and told them every single say they were worthless." I looked around. "You aren't worthless!" I shouted. "You are all different, there is nothing wrong with that!" I turned back to Laxus who was white-faced, so was Eric. "now tell me. What's so fun about bullying people?" They didn't reply, they looked around Eric hit Laxus arm.
"Let's go." He said, then grabbed his collar and they left. I looked at Y/N who was smiling at me. My heart skipped a beat. What is this feeling I have? I thought.
"Come on, we need to get to class." Y/N said. I nodded and everyone went to class as we left.
For the rest of the day, my pep talks to Laxus was all people were talking about. I felt good because it was something they needed.
