25.I'm Back

Since I drove to the game I went to my car as soon as I was done comforting Danielle. I took Lorenzo with me of course because knowing Jessica she would find her way back here. I texted Blake as I sat in the car waiting.

*in text*

A: "hey babe! I'll wait for you if you want. If not I'll just head home." In the next 10 minutes he texted me back.

Blakeyboo💘💋: "you can go home." Inside I was a little crushed. I thought he would want to confide in me, but I guess not. I motioned Lorenzo to get in the car so that we could leave. As I did that I heard a familiar voice.

J: "so your running now?" I stood there frozen in between my car and my car door. I saw Lorenzo get out of the car and start to walk toward the voice. "That's good because I promise you that I will end up with Blake and you will not be there to do a thing once I'm done with you." The voice speaking was Jessica. She faded as I continued into the car. I heard her yell as I closed the door "your little security can't protect you forever." With that I slammed the car door. Lorenzo came back into the car.

As we pulled off the lot tears formed in my eyes. I was scared. What if I wanted to go to the store one day and I didn't bring Blake or Lorenzo can't come and I bump into her. Or what if I want to go to the club with friends and she's there. I felt a hand on my thigh as I drove. I looked down and saw Lorenzo's hand. In that moment it felt nice. He was doing something Blake wasn't doing. He was protecting me.

*2 days later*

I woke up to blake next to me for the first time in months and it felt great. He was laying on his back so I put my head on his chest and put my hand around his waist. He started to shift.

A: Blake!

B: "what?" He sounded pissed.

A: "what the hell did I do to you?" I got up and sat straight. He put both of his hands behind his head. I was upset now. He hadn't talked, touched, or kissed me in the past 2 days. Ever since the clippers lost the game to OKC he hasn't moved out of the bed.

B: "I'm mad. We lost that game because of me. The whole thing is my fault."

A: "baby! You weren't even on the court."

B: "I know but there was so much more that I could have done." I sat on top of him."

A: "babe you can't sit here and keep re living the moment. You have to go work to get better. You want to win next year don't you?" He shook his head yes. "Ok then get off your a** and go get better!" He smiled.

B: "thank you so much! Oh yea and I didn't forget about you moving in and our little vacation!"

A: "oh yea I forget all about that. I'm so excited for Puerto Rico!" I leaned in and he kissed me passionately.

B: "me too!" He rolled on top of me. "So we can" he kissed me. " do this all we want." He then began to take my shirt off. I realized in the moment how much he meant to me and if I ever lost him I would be so heart broken.
