"L-Luke Skywalker? How are you here, we thought you died," Poe stammered. "I did die. However, I became immortal after death. Now I can appear as, what is called, a Force ghost," Luke sighed. "Why are you here? Is something wrong?" Rose asked. "Do you know where Rey is?" Finn asked hopefully. Luke looked hesitant to say anything, but eventually nodded in affirmation.
"Where is she? What happened to her?" Poe said quickly and worriedly. "Calm down, Poe. She's safe. And you shouldn't be asking where she is, but rather when she is," Luke replied. The three of them tilted their heads at the Jedi master and said, "Huh?" "What I mean is that she is in a different point in time," Luke explained.
"Time travel?" Finn asked in disbelief. Luke nodded. "But that's not scientifically possible," Rose stated. "Yeah, well, you wanna know what else isn't "scientifically possible"?" Poe asked Finn and Rose. "What?" they asked. "For Luke Freaking Skywalker to appear to us after his death," Poe snapped. "Not to mention that we saw Rey levitate those rocks when we were trying to escape the First Order," Finn added, starting to believe in time travel.
"Okay, fine. Let's say that she did go back in time, hypothetically speaking. What age in time has she time traveled to and why?" Rose questioned. "The Clone Age is when she is. The year would probably be about 21 BBY, because that's about a year after the Clone War began. The reason she went back is obvious in the eyes of a Jedi. But for people who are not Jedi, here's why: Rey is trying to stop the Empire from rising," Luke answered.
"We have to help her. How is Kylo supposed to help us get to the past?" Poe asked. "Kylo? You mean to tell me that my psychotic nephew is helping you? Since when does he help anyone that isn't on the dark side?" Luke laughed at them. "Since if he helps us, he will get the chance to meet his grandfather. Or else, we'll kill him," Poe said slyly. Luke just smirked at them. "Well, good luck and may the Force be with you," came his reply, before he disappeared.

The next morning, Poe donned the uniform fit for the Resistance General. His uniform was black and it had a white colored Resistance symbol on the right sleeve of his uniform. He walked down the hallway down to the flight hangar. He was heading towards the Millennium Falcon, when he passed by a sleek silver ship. He saw a group of soldiers loading a glass coffin onto the ship and inside was the last child of Anakin Skywalker. He quickly rushed away with tears streaming down his face.
Poe finally made his way to the Falcon and saw Finn and Rose were already there sitting on the boarding platform of the ship. They looked up and saw that Poe had been crying and stood. "Hey, man, you okay?" Finn asked worriedly. Poe sniffled, but nodded in affirmation. "Yeah, I'm fine. Let's just go and get this over with."
Finn nodded and went to stand in the center of the hangar. "Everyone, board a shuttle now. Get your last things and move out. General's orders!" Finn shouted to everyone. After that, people were bustling around trying to board a shuttle. From where Poe was standing, it looked like a sea of people dressed in black.
After everyone boarded a ship, they start them up and fly through hyperspace to reach Ahch-To.

Poe stood before the pilots and the officers and Leia's coffin. Behind him, a rocky platform that led to a seaside cliff. "Today, we honor the life of General Leia Organa. She was the back bone of both the Rebel Alliance and the Resistance. Today, she joins the Force along with her husband, Captain Han Solo, and her brother, Commander Luke Skywalker. She died believing in the Resistance. She died believing that we could bring light into a dark galaxy. The Republic praised her for this until they found out that her real father was Darth Vader. Regardless, she held her chin high and continued to fight for freedom and democracy until her dying breath.
For most of us, she was a good friend, a mentor, a teacher, and a motherly figure. She showed us why it was important to stand up for what is right. She encouraged us to be the best people we could be. She put a spark in our hearts and we're going to use that to light the fire that will burn the First Order down. May you find peace in the Force, General. And may your spirit and your courage continue to move through all of us," Poe said shakily as he fought back tears.
He walked down and around from where he was standing and walked in front of the coffin. The casket was still open. He knelt in front of Leia and placed a kiss on her forehead. He rose and turned to walk down the aisle. When he was far enough away from everyone in a nearby cave, he collapsed on his knees and cried. He continued to cry for what seemed like hours.
"So it's true, then?" voice said. Poe looked around trying to find the source of the voice. "She's dead?" the voice said. "Who said that?" Poe said into the darkness of the cave. Suddenly, a figure cloaked in darkness stepped into the light that shone in the mouth of the cave. Poe immediately drew his blaster and pointed it at the figure. It was Kylo Ren. "What the hell are you doing here?" Poe snarled.
Kylo used the Force to grab his blaster. "Calm down. If I were here to kill you, you would've been dead the minute you wandered into this cave," Kylo chuckled darkly. "So, why are you here?" Poe asked suspiciously. "A truce. You and I need each other. You want to get to the past to find Rey and I need for Luke to stop haunting me," Kylo proposed. Poe looked at him dubiously. "And how exactly am I supposed to help to stop Luke from torturing you. If anything, you deserve it," Poe sassed. "He said that if, and only if, I do something to help you, that he would no longer pester me. Do we have a deal?" Kylo bargained. Poe sighed not seeing another way to save Rey agreed and shook Kylo's hand.
"Then, it's settled. We will leave within the next week and start our adventure," Kylo said as he started to leave. He pushed pass Poe, but stopped when the new General called out to him. "Hold on. Finn and Rose get to come with us. Deal?" Poe demanded. "No deal. I will not go anywhere with that traitor," Kylo growled. "They come with us or else you'll have to find another way to get Luke to stop annoying you!" Poe raised his voice. Kylo groaned in frustration. "Fine. They can come no one else." With that Kylo raised his hood and bolted from the cave.
This was going to be an interesting experience.
