Finn was watching Poe pace around the war room frantically. "Where the hell is Rey?" Poe breathed. Finn merely shook his head. "I don't know, man. She told me she was going to train in the forest for awhile, but never came back. I sent a search party out to find her, but they came back empty-handed," Finn said.

"I wish we knew where she was," Poe sighed. "Me, too," Finn agreed. Suddenly, Rose burst through the doors breathing heavily. "Poe, Finn, come quick it's General Leia," she gasped. Finn and Poe stood up quickly. "What happened?" Poe asked. "Is she okay?" Finn questioned.

Rose took a minute to breathe before saying, "She's requested everyone's presence in the medical bay. Turns out, the damage done to her from the explosion on the main ship was greater than we first believed. I'm gonna be honest, it doesn't look good."

The three of them ran down the hall and saw people from the flight hangar, and the technology lab come out and fall in behind them. When they finally reached the medical bay, they saw a crowd surrounding a bed. When one of the people in the crowd noticed Poe, Finn and Rose walking toward them, the crowd parted wide enough to give them a clear path. Poe's eyes went wide with shock at seeing Leia barely conscious and breathing.

"General Leia!" Poe gasped rushing to the right side of the bed, while Rose and Finn rushed to the other side. Poe reached for Leia's right hand and held it in his. Tears started brimming in his eyes as he said in a shaky voice, "You're gonna be okay. The healers are gonna fix you up, General."

Leia looked up at him and smiled weakly, "Poe, Finn, Rose, I'm glad to see you. I would like to talk to you three alone." Rose turned to everyone and told them to clear out of the medical bay leaving the boys and her alone with Leia.

"Save your strength. You'll be back on top in no time," Poe told Leia. "Poe, Finn, Rose, I know I'm not getting any better. I will die, and there's no escaping that. But you need to find Rey," Leia said. Finn shook his head and said, "Even if we wanted to, we couldn't, because she disappeared into thin air." "Besides, Rey would want for us to take care of you, General," Rose added.

"I think I know who to ask for her location," Leia sighed. Poe raised his head. "Who? Who can help us find her?" Leia's expression became grim, "My son, Kylo Ren." Rose, Finn, and Poe simply stared at her horror stricken.
