The Father watched Obi-Wan as he raced to aid his old apprentice against the Son. Then he sighed and went away and Ahsoka went back into the ship to finish doing as Obi-Wan asked.

Back at the Well of the Dark Side, Anakin was in his fighting stance with his 'saber pointed towards the Son. Suddenly the Son said, "There is no use for such crude implements here." With a wave of his hand Anakin's weapon gravitated to the Son's hand. The Son then spoke again and, this time, said, "I have a gift for you." Anakin glared and said, "I've had enough of your trickery." "Oh, but you'll like this one. I promise. What if I could show you the future?" the Son said to Anakin. All of a sudden, Anakin's head began to ache and he heard whispers saying things he couldn't quite understand. However, as his headache got worse, the voices became clearer.

"No! No! Stop it!" Anakin screamed clutching his head. "Rey told you of what you are in the future, but she neglected to tell you the whole truth. Know yourself. Know what you will become!" the Son said stepping away from Anakin as black and red smoke enveloped Anakin showing him images of events yet to come. He heard Obi-Wan and several others crying out in pain. "I will not look!" Anakin cried. "The Force is strong with you,"  came the voice of Darth Sidious. Suddenly images of a Sith striking someone with lightning, Anakin killing younglings, Anakin choking Padme and her crying for him to stop, Obi-Wan crying, "You were my brother Anakin", Sidious cackling, "A powerful Sith you will become", Alderaan blowing up, and Anakin screaming, "I hate you". "No! No! No!" Anakin yelled as he saw the final image of himself in a cybernetic suit and mask breathing his first breath as the true dark lord of the Sith.

  As Darth Vader.
