"Ynan and Yo," Beam's eyes showed great horror as he came running from the house

"Ynan and Yo," Beam's eyes showed great horror as he came running from the house. "They're gone. They're not in the room."

"What?!" Kit shouted in disbelief. He can feel the chills running down his spine as he stood up, great fear started sprouting out of his chest. He looked at Ming, who by now remained seated on the grass, petrified to the news.

"Ming!" Kit called his attention, trying desperately to pull him out of his shock.

Ming could feel his lungs being constricted in his chest the time he heard Beam's last words. His son and his bestfriend are gone, taken away by a psychopath, whose heart is full of hatred and loathing. And that's the most dangerous man, a man whose heart had been completely engulfed by darkness.

This is my fault, Ming can feel the cold sweat traveling his back, making his cloth wet.

"That bastard!" Pha's voice is trembling in sheer fury and shock --- he can't help his hand from forming into fists. "If something happens to Yo, I swear, I'll fuckin' kill him!"

Beam can see his friend's face turned dark and sinister, never in his life he'd seen Pha this blood-thirsty. It's so intense he could almost taste it in the air. Pha's muscles tensed up with anger, making his veins pop out and inflate, his face is so red and his eyes almost bloodshut. Beam can understand his friend fully, he might go berserk himself if something like this happens to Forth.

"Pha," Beam said with a comforting voice as he moved and touched his shoulders. He can feel every fiber of Pha's flesh shaking in sheer anger. "You need to calm down, we need to find a way to track them down."

"Ming!" Kit now kneeled down and held Ming's shoulders. "Goddammit! Wake up, you bastard! Tom has your kid!"

Ming snapped out of his mind-block and looked at Kit with troubled eyes. "P-Pee."

"We need to track Tom down," Kit pulled him by the arm and made him stand. "We need to call the police!"

Ming looked at the people around, as if asking what they will do. He's mind is just too blurry to work.

"We'll not call the police yet," Kaeng said in a calm tone, the only one who could possibly be present minded as of the moment.

"What do you mean 'not call the police yet', Pee?!" Kit snarled at his older brother, quiet irritated with his brother's lack of concern. "Ynan and Yo are in danger!"

"It will complicate things further, Tom may end up with no choice but to hurt them." Kaeng said, still calm and clear-minded. "A kidnapper will always have demands, Yo and Ynan are not his targets, I'm sure of that --- it is either Ming or you, Kit. He will call and demand things from us. Once we had the call, that's the time we'll inform the police."

Kit fell silent, pondering on his brother's words. He's torn between doing what his impulse is telling him to do, to call the police and let them know --- and trying to trust his older brother. Kit just looked at the people around to confirm if everyone agreed to him. He saw Forth and Beam let out a sigh of hopelessness. Pha's expression still didn't change, the anger still carved it's presence in his face.
