Kit's lungs are burning like hell, making him feel like he's about to pass out. His brain may have lacked the oxygen it needed so he is practically panting heavily like a dog. His heart feels like it is about to explode. He can see drops of sweat falling from the strands of his hair.
They run to the other side of the park where there is less lighting and overgrown with many huge trees and path lined with hedges. It was only then that Ming let go of his hand.
I should hit the gym more often. Kit thought as he stopped and squatted, holding on to his knees for support. He saw Ming holding on to his waist as he bends backward with his face high up in the air. He's struggling with his breath as well. His towering figure looked even more stretched on that position, making him look even taller.
He can see how Ming improved his physic, gone where the days when he looked more like a walking power post to a complete Adonis he is now. Strands of his hair are misplaced, maybe because of the wind when they were running, but it only gives him a sexier look. And all that sweating made his thin shirt cling into his well carved muscles. Kit can't help but swallow.
No! Kit nagged himself.
"I should hit the gym more often." Said Ming who is still looking up. Kit raised an eyebrow when he heard him say the same exact words. Ming looked at him with a smile and winked. Kit felt the chills run under his skin. He just rolled his eyes, making Ming smile even more.
No one can do that eye-roll perfectly than you, KitKat. Ming can't help but feel the serious longing wrap his heart.
"Where did they go?!" They heard the distant voice of people.
"They went this way!" Said another.
Fuck! They both shouted in their mind as they looked at the direction where the voices came from.
Kit prepared himself for another marathon, the mere thought of him running again is torture enough. He'll die of sheer exhaustion if he run another step. But he needs to. He was about to take the step when he suddenly felt Ming's arm around him and pulled him to the side of the paved path. Before he knew it, his back touched the wall just a couple feet away from the path behind the tall hedges that are lining the way.
Ming's body is pressed against his. He's trapped between a cold brick wall behind and a warm wall of muscles in front of him. One of Ming's arm is wrapped around his waist and the other pressed on the wall while his face is looking towards the path to check for any sign of people. Kit can hear Ming's heartbeat as his face is so close to his chest. He can smell his familiar perfume infused with his manly scent, giving Kit shivers.
He's still wearing the same perfume. He's heartbeat spiked up to the nostalgia. Goosebumps run wild on his skin.
"Ming," he spoke softly to let him know his discomfort to the feeling that is budding inside of him.
