Constance Landry parents weren't what one would call ideal. They spent more time working than they did with Constance. To escape her troubles, Constance spent all her free time in the library. She found a love for codes and passwords and put those to her use. She was an amazing hacker and never got caught. Until she hacked into the FBI. Penelope Garcia vouched for Constance to be considered as a member of the FBI because of her hacking skills.
EXTRA BITS:
*Constance is very smart but her intelligence is more in hacking than any other field.
*She should flirt with Spencer a lot at first but he should be very awkward about it, flattered but still awkward.
*If you choose Jenna as the face claim it could be a running joke that she looks a lot like the actress that plays Clara Oswald on Doctor Who.
