EXTENDED PLOT:
Steve never expected to find a child wandering the woods with blood all over her sweatshirt. He also didn't expect himself to take her in and care for her like she was his own daughter. What does Steve know about parenting? Just because he's a great babysitter doesn't mean he'd make a great parent. But despite his shortcomings, his new charge worms her way into his home and heart.
DIALOGUE:
1 "Not okay! Do not kill the shop owner!" (Steve)
"But I was hungry." (18)
"Then let me buy the food. You can't just go around stealing food and stabbing people with your metal fist claw things!" (Steve)
2 "Did you have a nightmare?" (Steve)
"Yes, do you have nightmares?" (18)
"Yes, in mine I'm being chased by a clown with a chainsaw." (Steve)
"In mine people hurt me." (18)
"They won't hurt you again. I promise." (Steve)
3 "So this is what it feels like?" (Steve)
"What?" (18)

"EXTRA BITS:
*18 has similar powers to Wolverine. Because of the experiments done to her, her skeleton has been reinforced with strong metal. She can even heal herself after a fight. Her mutant healing factor heightened her physical senses, speed, agility, reflexes/reactions, coordination, balance, and endurance to superhuman levels. She can have a long life expectancy or not, your choice.
*Steve will be reluctant to let her stay with him but comes around to the idea when she wakes him up in the middle of the night after she has a nightmare. He tries to tell a joke to make her laugh but she tells him that her nightmares are from when she was being attacked in the facility. She never remembers what happened after she wakes up from the nightmares. She obly remembers the dear she felt. Her memory loss is similar to how El blocked from her mind what happened.
*Steve will call her Logan after Wolverine from X-Men comics. He gets the idea from Dustin. Do not mention X-23 in the story though, her character wasn't invented until 2003.
*18 mainly speaks Spanish but knows English as well. Steve is not great at Spanish so whenever they get into arguments, she yells at him in Spanish which frustrates him.

*Steve gets a job, the one he has in season three, to support her. Since his parents are barely around he feels it's his duty to provide for her.
*Steve introduces Logan to everyone and she ends up befriending the Party since they are around the same age. El can either remember her or not but you can decide how extensive her "memory loss" is.
*Since we've since up to the number 17 in season 4 she can be considered number 18. You can plan out how she survived the attack on all the kids at the facility.
