EXTENDED PLOT:
Luna Lovegrove was considered loony. She never conversed with others and spent most of her time on the swing sets at the local park. It was the last place she and her sister visited before her sister's untimely death. It is there that she meets a mysterious man with a big blue box. For years after their first meeting, he visits her in her times of need. She never understood why he chose to spend time with someone everyone considered a social pariah.
DIALOGUE:
1 "I'm sorry, I haven't been completely honest with you." (10 or 11)
2 "I don't want to die. But I still don't fear death. I always view it as a chance to see my sister again." (Luna)
3 "Will you stay with me until the end?" (Luna)
EXTRA BITS:
*Of course, her name is inspired by Luna Lovegood from Harry Potter. You can even use that as a joke in the story if you wish.
*This would work best with either the 10th or 11th Doctor.

*So she sees him throughout different points in her life and never understands why he's there. He's always there when she's alone and needs a friend.
*Her parents divorced after the death of her older sister. Her sister would have been around the age of 12 when she died and Luna would have been around six or seven. They weren't that close in age.
