EXTENDED PLOT:
Daisy Atkins never knew when to shut her mouth. She suffered from what her mother called word vomit. Her mother would always say she couldn't keep her mouth shut to save her life. But the truth was that she didn't want to keep her mouth shut. Ever since she could remember she could see silence. It was like a darkness was hanging in the air. She feared that darkness, so she created a light with her voice. But sometimes, the things she said just made others uncomfortable.

2 "How open to skinny dipping are you?" (Daisy)
3 "Whose place do you think has a better interior design? Wanna find out?" (Daisy)

EXTRA BITS:
*This is a Soulmate AU where your soulmates first words to you are written on your arm. The description is what Daisy said to Charles and what he replied with.
*This can be before or after the X-Men: First Class or you can just make this a complete AU and not even mention any of the movies.
*Her mutation is silence manipulation. She can create, shape, and manipulate silence, the absence of noise/sound. She doesn't even know that she's manipulating the silence with her voice until she meets Charles and learns more about her powers. She just thinks that sound makes the darkness go away but doesn't actually know that her making the noise is what really makes it go away.
*When she meets Charles she flirts with him often to make the darkness go away. He knows that she only does it to keep herself in the light, but he flirts with her as well since he knows that she is his soulmate and wishes for them to eventually be together.
*Daisy is afraid of being in a relationship since most people left her when they didn't appreciate her big mouth. She only wants someone who will agree to be with her despite her faults.
*Charles will sometimes be annoyed with her constant talking but he knows it's how she copes with the darkness. He will try and help her control her power so it no longer terrifies her.
*She always tries to have noise around her. It could be in the form of her voice or even music. She can't even get to sleep if it's quiet. The darkness creeps into her dreams and makes her wake up screaming and sweating.
