EXTENDED PLOT:

A new art gallery has just opened up in London. Paintings that depict aliens, planets, and a big blue box. Things that the artist has only ever seen in her dreams. A chance encounter with a strange woman thrusts her into her dream world. A world she never wans to leave.

DIALOGUE:

1 "I see you've met The Doctor. Where did he take you first? Was it another planet?" (Amy)

3 "I paint whatever passes through my head without any other consideration." (Penny)

EXTRA BITS:

* La Peinture is French for painting, picture, pictures, portrayal, depiction. Pittura is Italian for painting, paint, picture, depiction, enamel.

* The companion that sees her art is Amy and after she asks where the doctor took her.

* The face claim, Holliday Grainger, has a lot of period gifs so she'd be great for TARDIS trips to the past.

* Penny is actually an alien from the planet Lekaria. The residents of this planet are psychic and can channel their visions through painting, drawing, or writing. Her parents sent her to earth after a lot of the planet was wiped out after a civil war.

*Her adoptive parents frequented the US when she was younger and that's where she came across American sodas.

*Her favorite drink is Dr. Pepper. Difficult to come by in another country and in outer space.

*The Doctor takes her to meet her real parents on her home planet. The planet is still in the process of rebuilding after the end of the war.

* It'd be cool if the people of Lekaria are actually immortal or they can cheat death as well, that way she can travel with the Doctor indefinitely. You do not have to go with that idea though.
