EXTENDED PLOT:
Soulmates are everywhere. When you hit the age of 25, you stop aging until you find your soulmate. When you find your soulmate it hits you like a ton of bricks. But what are you supposed to do when you never meet your soulmate? Evelyn Quinton was born in the year 1635. She has never found her soulmate. Now in the 1940s, she feels like her soulmate is near. But will she be able to meet him this time or be cursed to never see the love of her life?
EXTRA BITS:
*The age you stop aging is changeable. But it should be around 18-30. When you hit the cutoff age is when you can see who your soulmate is. So that means you could be dating one guy but it turns out your best friend is actually your soulmate.
*If your soulmate dies before you meet them you either start aging again or you never age but you know that they're dead. It'd be less heartbreaking if you start aging as opposed to becoming immortal. It wouldn't do well for someone to become immortal, too many people would be on the planet if some never found their soulmates before they died.
*The year she is born is changeable but make sure it's at least before 1650.
*Evelyn is very wealthy. She's lived for a long time so she's saved up lots of money.
*Thomas is Eve's best friend during the 30s and 40s. He enlists in the army and meets Steve and Bucky.
*Eve has lived a long life and married many times. She knew she needed money to live so she married rich men who didn't mind not marrying their soulmates. Most of the men either never found their soulmates or had found them but didn't wish to be with them because of different social statuses. Eve hated the men that had a soulmate but chose not to be with them. So when she married those men she would secretly give money to their soulmates. She took enough that wouldn't be noticeable every month.
*She was a pirate for some time during the 'golden age of piracy'.
*If you choose Keira as the face claim she has lots of gifs from different period drams. That includes Pirates of the Caribbean, Pride & Prejudice, Atonement, Silk, The Edge of Love, The Duchess, and Anna Karenina. These would work for her life before and during the 1940s.
*I have two ideas for how the story can go. One is that she does meet her soulmate but since he 'dies', she keeps on aging and either never sees him again or sees him not long before she dies. The second is that she doesn't meet him in the 40s and instead meet around the events of Avengers/Winter Soldier, depending on which love interest you choose.
