EXTENDED PLOT:
Betty Cooper knew that life in Riverdale was stifling. After finding out that her crush was sleeping with an older woman, Betty vows to leave Riverdale and strike up an adventure. A mysterious letter inviting her to become an intern working for Tony Stark may be the adventure that she needs. Being an intern while still taking classes at Midtown School of Science and Technology, Betty learns that there was a reason for her being in Manhattan. One reason was in the form of an awkward boy with powers like a spider.
EXTRA BITS:
*This is a request but the person who requested this is on my Blacklist. They are a shop hopper and don't follow rules!
*So in this I'd like to think that Betty would have some kind of power. Which is how she received the letter. Her powers developed after her heartbreak and they caused her to be sent a letter by Tony Stark for an intern position. Maybe something to do with magic. Her powers would be more like light magic, not dark. She could be very good at healing and making people feel happy. She can make people like her and at one point she accidentally makes Peter kiss her and her eyes go red.
*There are three options for how she can end up living with May. The first is that May has an extra room available for rent and Betty takes her up on the offer. The second is that the internship doesn't come with room and board so Peter asks May to help her since she has nowhere to go. The third is that the internship does come with room and board but it's very lonely at the facility and after Peter says something to May about it, she offers to take in Betty.
*Ned's love interest is Julia, name changeable, whom Betty befriends on her first day at school. She's very shy so she only befriends Betty after she stands up for her when she's bullied. Julia is a member of the gymnastics team.
*I called it Transformation because Betty is transforming into a superhero and developing powers. It's not required, you can change the title to anything you see fit.
*She should meet Peter while they're both with Tony and her powers will show during their conversation. That way they can be a dynamic duo when it comes to protecting the neighborhood.
*This can be based before, during, or after Homecoming.
*Betty will eventually return to Riverdale to see her family and maybe save the town. Since a lot of crazy things happen on the show I could really see the need for a vigilante.
*Betty's powers make her great at gymnastics so she joins the team along with Julia. Her powers make her excellent at flips.
*Betty joins the decathlon with Peter when he sees how smart she is.
