EXTENDED PLOT:
Kaida Ember Pendragon was not your typical witch. She had the rare gift to turn into any kind of dragon. Dragon shifters were hunted for centuries due to many witches and wizards deeming them a threat to society. Charlie Weasley is a very special wizard who believes that these special magical folk should be protected and loved just like the rest of the community.
EXTRA BITS:
*Either she can turn into any kind of dragon or just one specific dragon.
*Emilia Clarke would be a perfect casting because of her dragon gifs but you can choose someone else since she is a little overused.
*She can turn into any dragon species but her favorites are Egyptian Flameclaw, Romanian Widefang, and Indian Longskull. I seriously just made up those names. You don't have to use them but you can do a random dragon name generator to see if you can come up with any that you like.
*Adolphus is Kaida's enemy. He thinks she's a threat to his local village and tries to slay her at any chance.
*Quote at the top of the page is from The Hobbit.
*She should be residing in Romania since she believes that it could protect her from other magical folk finding out about her gift. With many other dragons around it would be difficult to notice her.
