Chapter 2 - Half Lie

While Lucas was studying at his friend's dorm, everybody kept talking about snacks that he started to get hungry. All he did was drink coffee all night long. Maybe a set of sushi won't kill.

"Yuta hyung. Do you think the Japanese restaurant would deliver this late?" he asked the older guy who was currently playing a game with Winwin and Taeyong.

Usually when he comes over here at Kun's dorm, it's only the two of them or maybe Jungwoo, but today it's very crowded.

Everybody's here.

"It's already 12AM though. They sleep too you know. Would you like ramyun from the convenience store instead. I'm in the mood for a walk anyway." Yuta responded since Taeyong's being merciless and keep beating them on their game.

Lucas gladly dug into his backpack when he realized that his wallet is missing. Where is it?

Where did he put it?

He searched his pockets and even all the pockets on his backpack but there's none.

"Hyuuuung!" he cried in horror.

"What?" Kun asked in concern.

"Don't tell me you lost your wallet." Yuta asked since it was him who had a conversation with Lucas earlier. He did know that he wanted to buy something to eat.

Everybody stopped and helped his search the whole place but Jungwoo and Kun are pretty organized. Nothing will be misplaced in this place unless someone hides it.

"Where did you go before you got here?" Kun asked him as they all sat to focus and just let Lucas refresh his memory.

"I came from the cafe library but it's impossible that I lost it there because I still got to pay my iced americano before I left. The next was at the bench just outside your building." Lucas recalled, running outside to look for it but the surroundings was clean.

There's no wallet. Somebody must've found it.

"All the borders here are from our school. Maybe they will inform you later or announce the whole school that they have your wallet." Jungwoo tried to relieve Lucas.

"If they're honest." Yuta added giving the atmosphere a little reality check.

"Cool story." Taeyong hit Yuta on the ass cheek to silence him. Lucas already looked depressed. All his identification cards are on that wallet. His allowance and ATM card was here. Now everything is all gone.

"Taeil hyung let me keep his savings. You can have it for the meantime but pay me back right away after your parents send you money." he told Lucas, handing him Taeil's envelope where he keeps his money.

There's only one person he trust, it's Winwin and yet he gave his money to Lucas.

"Thanks, I'll pay you back for sure. Just let me go and head home. I need to rest. All this quizzes is making me feel sick, and now I lost my wallet." Lucas said on a frustrated tone. Why now?

There's already a lot going on.

The rest came back to Kun and Jungwoo's dorm and let Lucas take a rest. He'll be needing a long rest for tomorrow. There's a lot to work on. He was doing a good job but he lost his wallet in the process. Poor kid.
