Relationship: Dating Vasco,
Friend to Mira(Name) found it difficult sometimes to be in a relationship with Vasco. He was adorable and loyal at almost all times, but the problem was he was like that with everyone. It was actually just friends, but the point was (Name) found herself not feeling special.
Normally (Name) wasn't needy, and perhaps a bit too detached for her clingy boyfriend. It confused her a bit as to why his behavior was only bothering her now. It had been four months since they started dating, and originally it was never an issue. She tried choking down her feelings, but they kept bubbling up to the surface, so she decided to ask for advice.
The first person she went to was Mira. She figured Mira would have an idea seeing as both of them have boyfriends who are a bit too clingy, overprotective, and caring (to them at least).
"Mira, what do I do about this feeling? I know how Vasco is, but I feel a tad too much like we're just friends".
The brunette was surprised (Name) wanted her advice. She considered her a friend although they rarely got a chance to talk since they were both in different departments. "Well I would try getting his attention more," (Name) already began to feel uneasy with Mira's advice. Affectionate outbursts were more for Vasco than her; it's why she's having a problem now after all.
"I don't know how good that'll go for me".
"Ah, right I forgot you're a bit cold,"
(Name)'s face got hotter "I wouldn't say cold. More reserved".
"I got it, (Name). I got it. You're embarrassed super easily!"
(Name)'s face was burning while she tried to deny the accusation. She was right, but (Name) couldn't lose her self image.
"It's fine (Name). And remember get his attention by doing something he won't be able to look away from!"
Still blushing (Name) replied that it wasn't likely to happen any day soon. Not calmed down any more than before (Name) left making sure to throw a "thank you" to Mira despite the situation.
(Name) proceeded spend the day to asking for advice from any girl she knew was in a good relationship. It didn't pay off though since all of them gave the same replies. It was annoying her. They were things she just wouldn't and couldn't do. By the end of the day she made the decision to take just one bit of advice they all seemed to give her. She would have to make the first move.
