Her heart out on her sleeve, the tears flowed free

He tires to apologize, but she goes to flee

She said she loved him, he didn't feel the same

His heart was being corrupted by his fame

What once was red is now black

He threw her to the wolves, but she already lead the pack

With her lover by her side, she walked away

It could only ever be his fault, he'd been lead astray

His heart beat for her, how stupid was he

She told him "it is what it is, now leave me be"

He became cruel, twisted and rude

All he did was start another feud

She paid him no mind, plenty of others to find

It was his problem, he'd been the one blind

She'd never go back to him, that much was true

After all, the love of the many outweighs the love of the few
