And run like there's no tomorrow. Scream like you died yesterday. And cry like you had the worst day.

"Alexis totally owned your ass on the field from that goal mate. If our own players can score against you, then there's clearly something wrong." I heard Jayden discuss the events of the match with Joey.

I'm not supposed to be hearing this conversation, granted, so I 'fast walked' past them as they "whispered" to each other and walked into the girls changing lockers, taking another swig from the Gatorade in hand. I am not changing in the boys changing rooms ew.

I heard a lot of female giggles, probably from the cheer team. I think this was the centre of the gossip chambers. Somebody scream gossip girls did they?

I really hate people like this. Sorry, but I'm not sorry. They're so fake and don't focus on their own lives when they really should be. You don't know what that person has been through, do you?

I don't want to change in here either actually. Ugh, I just don't fit in, do I?

"And then?"

"And then, they both went home! I mean the nerve! I heard they did it. Keep your distance from Brett, girls. He's a no no." I heard my dear cousin warn.

I rolled my eyes and quietly walked past them, hoping not to be seen.

But nothing happens as you wish, as everyone should know. Especially when it's something to do with your enemy or school. Or both mixed into a vile concoction called "Life Hates You".

"Here comes the tomboy of the school!" Alyssa bellowed, laughing as I felt everyone look over in my direction, causing me to roll my eyes. All her little minions started laughing after her too. Can a girl not change in peace?

"O-M-G, is she seriously on the soccer team?"
"I can't believe they chose her!"
"Ew, she plays Soccer!"
"She is so not normal!"

I heard a lot of whispers as I rolled my eyes and continued walking on, into the changing room and quickly changed out of my sweaty football attire.

Wait it's Soccer. You know what, Football always sounded better so that's what I'm calling it, thanks.

I walked out, only to see everyone but Alyssa gone. I thought they were the type to linger and gossip some more... Meh, better for me, if I'm honest. Alyssa stood in front oh me, to which I rolled my eyes and tried to walk past her but she blocked my way, several times.

I sighed and asked "what do you want, Alyssa? I want to go home." Which was true. I wanted to go home and have a proper shower. Not going to lie, I reeked. And I didn't want to use the school showers. I didn't trust them. Yet anyways...

"Yeah yeah whatever." She replied and I crossed my arms over my chest. "But seriously? Can you be anymore embarrassing? The Soccer team? Really?"

This riled my poor heart up and I took a daring step towards her. What's her problem, seriously? Why is everyone here so sexist? "Yes really. You got a problem with that?"
