"Love what you do and do it with a heart."

We got off the bike and I ran past Jayden, calling out that he couldn't catch me. Which, in a sense, was true. I was sure he couldn't catch me because I was a fast runner if I do say so myself. But he had already caught me in his web. I just hoped he wouldn't find out. Not yet anyway.

Yes, I was a little bit shy. What's wrong with a confident girl being shy? Oh, I'll tell you. It means that everything bad that can happen will happen. And that's not all. It also lowers your confidence levels, which is a great downer because I actually liked where I was standing on the confidence charts.

I ran straight into a food store which I did not catch the name of, because I was too busy looking in front of me and making sure that I don't bump into anyone. I joined the queue and quickly let out my hair, grimacing at how weird it felt.

A person stood behind me and I thanked my lucky stars for the blockade. It'll be even harder for him to recognise me in the queue now.

Soon after, I had ordered everything, meaning 4 slices of Pizza. 2 for me, 2 for him. Thanking the cashier, I began walking out when I saw a familiar figure leaning against the shop's glass walls, and I involuntarily sighed. How did he know?

Leaning against the glass wall with a leg bent, I handed him his two slices of pizzas and looked at me quizzically, but didn't say a word as he then took it from my hands.

His hand grazed my hand and I felt a wave of electricity pass through my body, and I started jumping around inside. Which was a side I was not aware I had.

Shaking off all the useless but amazing feelings tingling in my veins, I smiled at him and pulled his free hand, dragging him into a store- where he stopped me instead. I looked at him an then he pulled me to a nearby bench and sat down. I also, hesitantly, did the same and he finished chewing. Damn, there was a lot of pulling going on.

"Why aren't you talking to me?" He asked me and I quickly shook my head and then facepalmed myself in front of him. You don't shake your head immediately after- everybody knows that. He smirked and I rolled my eyes.
"Nothing I'm just being a bitch." I replied and he rolled his eyes in a 'sure' manner. Damn, he knew me well and I hadn't even known him for a long time.

"It's stupid. Anyways, what should I get Sammy? I was thinking an air freshener because I almost died in his room the other day I-"

"Alexis, what is going on?" He asked me, holding me by the shoulders which gave me no choice but to look directly into those chocolate orbs of his. It intimidated me, no doubt, and I didn't know how brown eyes made me scared. Well, these brown anyways, I mean-Cody has brown eyes but he doesn't scare me.
