I took off my shoes and dipped my toes in the water. It's freezing...

Slowly I walked. The reflection of the moon became distorted by the waves that I've created.

I stopped when the water line was at shoulder level. I looked up at the moon.

I lifted my hand forming a cup, scooping some water in the process. The moon's reflection appeared as the water steadied. It looked like I was holding the moon in the palm of my hand...

I could feel the cold breeze. The sound of nature fills my ears; the wind passing by, the creaking of the trees and the splashes of water by the shore...

This is much more calming than in the city.

...Clarity...

Remember that feeling... the flames that cut armor like butter... glowing in a beautiful radiance...

The flame that warms me... and the same flame that burns my enemies...

~~~Blake~~~
Angelica walked into the lake. Each step she took, brings her to deeper water.
She stops and stares at the moon. Lifting her hands that was filled with water and holding it like a cup, looking at it intently. Her eyes sparkle from the reflection of the moonlight.
She turned so elegantly that the waves she created made a perfect arc, then she floats on her back while she held the magic crystal.
Angelica, seemed like she was sleeping on the water...
~~~Maria~~~

Angelica, floated for a while then the magic crystal in her hand started to glow a faint red. Slowly intensifying, till it outshines the moonlight, its light circling around her.

Afterward, there was a blinding flash. I raised my arm to shield my eyes, the light slowly retreated back into the magic crystal.

"It didn't crack?" [Blake]

"She was successful." [Maria]

~~~Angelica~~~
"I did it? I did it!!" [Angelica]
Wah! I nearly sunk from my excitement.
"You did great!" [Maria]
"Really?" [Angelica]
"Yep, it was a beautiful form." [Blake]
I returned to the shore. Maria, greeted me with my towel in her hand while Blake gave me a praise. I scratched my head in embarrassment.
"We need to test it out." [Angelica]
"Isn't it successful?" [Maria]
"I still don't know if other people can use this." [Angelica]
"Can I do it?" [Blake]
"No... you might get burned..." [Angelica]
"Maria can heal me then. Right, Maria?" [Blake]
"Ugh yes!" [Maria]
"See?" [Blake]
"B-but..." [Angelica]
"Angelica... Do you trust me?" [Blake]
"..." [Angelica]
"Because I trust you." [Blake]
This guy... is saying some dangerous lines, it's making my heart jump a beat!
The next day. I requested a sword to be forged for Blake. One that is similar to his jian, it cost a bit more, because I had to pay for the materials and services of the blacksmith.
In a week the blacksmith had completed the sword. I went to the shop to inspect it, at its pommel there is a socket, big enough for the crystal.
I inserted the magic crystal since it's of the low quality, it looked like a normal rock that's colored red.
Jose said that as the quality increases, the magic crystal becomes more transparent. Also when a crystal is successfully imbued, it will inherit the color of its elemental property.
The ones that Jose lent to us is slightly-transparent. According to him, pure magic crystals are rare, but it will be "possible" to contain his, Meteor Storm spell and that it could be used three or more times without it breaking. Plus it has a great amount of energy stored.
Pure magic crystals look similar to either diamond or glass.
Since it automatically recharges in a day. If I paired it with my enchant which only eats a tiny bit of energy, would it possible for the enchantment... to be on permanently?
But... if they are rare, then that must mean that they are also... very expensive...
In order to differentiate magic crystals from a rock or jewel, a simple trick is used. Magic, when used near the vicinity of magic crystals make them resonate. The more powerful the magic, the harder it will jitter.
This has been used by the nobles and their guards as a warning system, for detecting magic being invoked or cast, but they were unable to use the imbuing method because it is somewhat new and just recently been discovered.
I exit the smith's shop. "Should I put this on gift wrap?" I thought. Then, I remembered something...
It was Blake's birthday today, I need to buy him a present, but is this sword enough? Ah! I'll go to Jose and buy that!
