Anxiety is not just over thinking everything.
For me, anxiety is:
•difficulty sleeping well, or sleeping at all
•difficulty breathing regularly
•constant self-doubt
•chest pains
•constant muscle tension and back pain
•need for reassurance in situations
•constant feeling of imminent danger
•endless "what if..."s
•excessive worry about minimal things
•almost always sweaty palms
•constant shaking
•random beginnings of anxiety attacks
•difficulty focusing on some things"Why did i do that?" You're an imbecile
"Why didn't i do that?" You're a failureAnd that's just the anxiety, the other thoughts are also horrible.
