Don't look at me as a picture.I need you to look into me.
Not at me.
Look beyond my flesh and bones.
Gaze at my soul.
Strip away every superficial layer that's covering it.
Dig deep, until my rawest form emerges and my darkness is staring you in the eye.
We are all bruised, broken, messy and beautifully alive.
When everything's peeled off, can you love yourself in your purest nature?
It took me years to gape upon every inch of my being without judgement and discrimination.
I was so caught up in this ugly viscous circle.
I let darkness tore through me, claw at my flesh and bone as it's screams escaped my lips, starving for the taste of air.
My illusion of self dissolved as eternity emerged at my fingertips.
I looked at my skin, my heart and my soul through eyes of unconditional compassion and love.
I felt as though I was seeing myself for the very first time.
Raw.
Real.
Strong.
Whole as I am.
As you are.
Rise in the illumination of your inner flames as they unlock you from your chains and turn your cages into ashes, setting you free.
See yourself for your truest colours.
Fall in love with everything you are, everything that shapes you and forms you.
Embrace all that you are, all that you have ever been.
And your edges may crumble and walls may shatter
but it's all you, that's your inner truth.
Expand beyond your shell.
Break free from your armour.
Learn to dance with your shadow.
Allow light to shine on your authentic form.
Unearth your own truth.
Feel that intense connection with yourself and let it spread to others as well.
Connect with every living creature to this universe.
Let the depths of your soul guide you home.
The way out, is from within.
- let your light shine on you and everyone else, wake up you are perfect.
