Chapter 17

"Brad , I'm freaking out." I said to him while he was at my house.

"Why?"

"I'm going to be delivering in 2 months." I said, "it's crazy and scary."

"You'll be great Alli, don't stress."

He gave me a quick kiss. Just then, Priscilla walked in.

"Alli, you don't need to be scared." she said.

"Were you really just listening to our conversation?" I asked.

"Maybe."

"Great." I said.

"Oh shush." she laughed.

"I'm so scared of the pain." I said.

"You know that they have pain medicine now , right?"

"Really?"

"Yeah, it's called epidural , they put a needle in your back and giving birth is painless."

"Wow , I'm definately getting that, having a little needle poke in my back can't be as bad as giving birth."

I was in my last class , taking my last final exam.

Then, finally , the bell rang, it was officially summer!
