Abby Cox | 09:37 PM | Hotel Rooftop
I lean against the fencing of the rooftop. I check my pockets for my phone or anything and all I found was a cigarette pack and a lighter. I took one out and place one in my mouth. The rain was heavily still pouring, but I don't care; no one knows I'm a smoker and no one will know why I started smoking in the first place.
'Abby?' I quickly turn a cigarette out and threw it off the building.
'Yeah? What do you want?' I scold at Hannah who scared the hell out of me.
'The others were looking for you,' Hannah quietly states.
I felt like saying something nasty, but I manage to stop myself. 'Yeah, well you found me-'
I heard a loud crash and so did Hannah, so we both ran downstairs and pass the 3rd floor hallway. Hannah was pressing the elevator button, 'No time idiot! Come downstairs with me!' I order.
I see James and Lacie below further as they probably heard the crash as well. All four of us made it to the ground floor, James already near the exit and Wayde running outside already.
Wayde starts screaming and I stop for a few seconds, the others already outside to check what's going on. I slowly make my way to the front and I could see Wayde on the floor, a hammer with blood next to him. 'Argh, it fucking hurts!' Wayde shouts with severe pain.
'What the fuck happened to you?' Lacie questions as James helps Wayde up.
'Some person with a fucking hammer came out of nowhere and smashed it on my arm.' Wayde states as we stare at his badly bruised arm.
'THERE LOOK!' Wayde points at a person in the distance running away. 'That person was wearing a cloak or some weird shit.'
Hannah hugs Wayde, 'At least you're not dead,' Hannah trembles, 'but what was that crash?'
'Yeah, Lacie and I heard it from the first floor,' Jordy states as he looks at the cloud of smoke in the distance.
'You don't think it's the others? Right?' Hannah starts to hold onto her hair which she does when she's scared.
'If it is, we're fucked,' I point out.
'We should get back inside, it's safe inside,' Lacie worryingly states.
How the hell are we going to get off this stupid island?!
'Guys!' I turn away from the ocean to James who was at the front door,' it's locked.'
'What?' Hannah questions, 'it was open and unlocked when we ran out!'
Suddenly a cloak person appears next to James and swings a baseball bat at him, knocking him out. Jordy and Wayde splits up from Hannah and I in which we were running behind the hotel. 'SHIT!' I shout, 'WHERE'S IS THE BACK DOOR-' Hannah screams as someone pulls her hair behind a corner.
Something hard hits me and everything turns black.
