Prologue (VI). Hannah Meyers

Hannah Meyers | 2 years before | Hotel Front Hall

'WHAT DID YOU DO MIA!' Abby screams as Mia runs into the front hall, trying to get away from everyone.

'Did you push Chris out the window?' Sophia questions in worry.

I stood next to Mia, trying to defend her, 'SHUT UP!' I shout, 'NONE OF YOU SAW WHAT HAPPENED, STOP MAKING ACCUSATIONS!'

'But she was the only one in the room with him!?' Alex chimes in as well.

Andrew and James ran out to find Chris, he could still be alive.

Everyone suddenly talks at once, giving suggestions to either find Chris or do something about Mia.

'What's going on?' Layla asks as she enters the room.

'Mia killed Chris!' Abby explains.

'No I didn't!' Mia finally speaks.

'And she speaks! Now tell us what happened!' Abby demands.

'Som-thing grabbed him!' Mia states, 'something dragged him out of the window!'

Everyone starts talking all at once again.

'What could of dragged him out of window?' Heidi calls out to Mia, 'certainly not a bear or something.'

'I-I don't know,' Mia explains.

'Fucking liar, trying to make believe in your crap!' Abby sneers.

'Abby just shut up, you're making the problem worse by being annoying,' Mitch finally after two months, stands up to her.

'What did you just say?!' Abby smacks Mitch's cheek.

'Hannah, just take Mia somewhere that is not here, Heidi call the cops,' Mitch orders.

Hannah Meyers | 5 months before | Laverton Town

'Mia,' I start to tear up. I held onto Mia's hand as Mia lays on the hospital bed, breathing through the machine because of her throat.

'I'm sorry,' Mia croakily states as she grasps onto my hand even harder.

'I just couldn't take it, I couldn't fucking take it anymore!' Mia angrily states.

'Rest your voice,' I suggest, 'let your throat heal and we can talk.

Wayde knocks onto the door and comes in with flowers. 'I talked to your mum Mia, she said she's going to fake your death and move you somewhere that no one knows you,' Wayde explains.

I want to ruin everyone's lives that was on the island! This is unfair and not just for Mia or Chris!

'We're going to get revenge!' I state a angrily.

'We are?' Wayde questions, 'it's not right, we should stoop to their level.'

'No we are! For Chris and me!' Mia gets up as her throat is already beginning to heal.
