Chapter 3 (III). More Than A Prank

"I swear to a God!" Lacie yells angrily, "If I hear another stupid joke from you James to 'cheer us up' I'm going to shoot myself."

Wow, no problem for trying to enlighten the mood.

"Where are we walking anyways?" Lacie asks Jordy who we were following.

"I'm just following this cobble trail, I'm assuming it leads back to hotel y'know?" Jordy explains.

"Wow, even Jordy seems to be more adequate than you James," Lacie giggles.

"Oh shut up! It's not like you abandoned us when we got ambushed by Hannah and Wayde," I shot back.

"Well-"

"Guys guys! Shhh!" Jordy whispers.

All of us crouch down into the bushes as we all stare ahead of us.

"What? Oh," Lacie realising that there's someone standing naked in front of us.

"Isn't that Andrew?" I question.

"Why is he just standing there naked?" Jordy questions.

Suddenly Andrew falls on all fours and starts gasping for air for a split seconds and looks like as if he snapped out of a daydream.

All of us walk towards him.

"Andrew?" Lacie approaches Andrew who rapidly turns to us.

"Ye-yes?" Andrew stutters ominously.

"How are you so calm? Why are you naked? And what happened to the boat?" Lacie randomly ask a lot of question.

Andrew now smiling, "I'm alive, I lost my clothes and the boat cease to exist anymore."

Is he alright? The hell?

I take off my jacket, shoes and my socks, I place my shoes back on, "Here wear this Jacket and sock," I offer.

Jordy takes off his baggy pants and offers his pants as well.

"Why the fuck are you wearing shorts under you pants?" Lacie questions worryingly.

"When I go sleep, I can just take off my pants and already have shorts on," Jordy replies.

All four of us kept following the path and suddenly someone crashes into me.

"ARGH!" I yell as I heard a girl's voice shriek.

"Sophia!?" Lacie randomly says.

"Shit! Guys I'm glad to see you, but we gotta run!" Sophia warns us," something is after me!"

Sophia starts sprinting deeper into the woods as Jordy and Andrew follows her. "Wait!" I could hear loud shrieks in the distance as Lacie and I turn I the sound.

"Maybe we should run as well," I mutter.

I start running, but Lacie froze in fear.

"LACIE!" Lacie starts blinking, "Y-yeah!" As Lacie runs along with me.

We all start running and I could hear Jordy screaming along with Sophia.

We caught up to them, but Jordy was missing. "What happened?!"

"IT TOOK JORDY!" Andrew randomly screams.

"Ok! Chill!" I state.

Sophia was on the ground, her arms wrapped around her knees, crying. "We need to leave!" Lacie says impatiently.

"It just grabbed him," Sophia whimpers, "gone just like that."

A car suddenly comes out of nowhere. "Guys! Get in!" Wayde yells.

Everyone gets inside besides Sophia. "Come on Sophia!" I demand as I grab onto her arm.

The loud shrieks were getting louder, more louder than the leaves rattling on the coast.

Wayde starts making rapid turns as we slide around the car.

"Fuck! You better put your dad's racing advice to use!" I joke as Wayde smirks.

However, Wayde makes a powerful stop as I slam onto the window.

"Fuck!" I shout in pain as I hear others groan from slamming into other things.

"Sorry! But it's a cliff," Wayde apologises.

"What the fuck?" I could hear Lacie in the back, "Why is the part of the forest on fire?" Lacie points as I stare what's ahead.

In the distance, on the north side, there was a fire, the hotel is directly below us and I could see something big in the ocean.

Something I've never seen before.
