Prologue (III). Sophia Dove

Sophia Dove | 2 years before | Hotel Lounge

I was partying, partying hard. I was swaying my body to the music, this party was the biggest stress relief I ever had and since all my exams were finished, I could do whatever the hell I want.

Jordy was also having the time of his life as he busts a few moves on the table. I walk over to the food table and take the last water bottle and drink it all within one pour, I then threw the plastic bottle onto the floor.

'Uh-uh, you ain't getting any of this till later,' I heard someone say near me. I dazedly walk towards the kitchen to find more water because my throat felt dry for some reason. However, I heard a weird scratching noise and so I went closer to see what it was.

'Fuck!' I shout as I saw Chris staring at a wall. 'You scared the shit out of me Chris,' I reply but got no response.

'Earth to Chris-' Chris starts bolting past me and out of the room, I try to catch up to him, but a part of me felt too lazy to go running for him, so I join back in the party for a long time, but after two minutes, I heard a scream from upstairs.

Sophia Dove | 1 year before | Fenderat School

I was in the library studying and I could see Abby running out of the library angry as she stomps her feet loudly, distracting me from my studying. 

'What you studying?' Hannah pops up from next to me as I jump in surprise.

'Holy shit, don't do that,' I scold.

'Sorry, haha you really are easy to get scared,' Hannah jokes as she looks at my text book. 'Damn, I should study for the exam too, but I have zero motivation.'

I was going to say something, but Hannah's phone starts to ring and she takes the call almost instantly.

Weirdo

I go back to studying, but I could hear Hannah start screaming in the library.

'NO! SOMEONE CALL THE POLICE NOW!' Hannah screams, 'MIA PLEASE NO!'
